• JavaScript does not work with Echosign sent for signature by Email

  I have included JavaScript in the validation and action for the text fields tab to add actions and custom validations.

  None of the custom validation or action works when mailed to the signer with EchoSign.

  The same thing works when you browse through Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat preview mode.

  Please be informed once the document is downloaded in the Adobe environment sign it is converted into an image. So any JavaScript or macros do not work with Adobe sign.

  If you want to add a validation, you must do this within the Adobe sign environment.

  Download the document in Adobe sign, go to the registration page where you place the fields in the document, double-click the fields and select the validation to the title of 'validation' Drop-down.

  I sent three separate documents in EchoSign, which have been returned signed. How to save each document separately? I can save the document three times and save as long as formula 1, formula 2, formula 3.  But, when I open the documents, I can not delete irrelevant pages. ???

  Once the material is downloaded in the environment sign Adobe you cannot make any changes in the document.

  Make sure that you send the documents separately rather than merge them into one if you want to arrive separately after signing documents.

• How to sign consecutive documents in EchoSign without restarting?

  I wonder how streamline the signature documents when I have several to sign.  Whenever I log in, it takes me through the process of signing, then I have to click back to the dashboard or my managing the file, click Next, and wait for it to load, sign it and do it again.  Is there a way to sign a document and then once completed, it automatically goes to the next must be signed instead of pushing away me at first?  It was a characteristic DocuSign has and his late.  It takes 3 times as long to sign with EchoSign as it took be before using another tool of e-sign.

  Yes, you can have several files to download in the API call like SendDocument() in the DocumentCreationInfo parameter. If you want to download base64, you can provide multiple paths:

• Paid and have been charged to Echosign, but when I connect it says "the trial has expirΘ.

  I only paid AUD $120 for the subscription to THE annual Echosign. But when I connect to my account Echosign it says trial has expired. Has this happenned to anyone else? Any ideas how to fix?

  I tried calling support, but they are really really bad. Talked to 3 different people, which me transferred to 3 other people who finally told me that I need a subscription to creative cloud to use Echosign. Another told me that I need to buy Adobe Acrobat. Laughing out loud

  I've used Echosign previously before Adobe purchased and the customer support and the service was amazing, I never had billing issues.

  Now it feels like nobody knows anything yet on this product they have acquired and can even help me to buy/use the product.

  When I send a contract to be approved echosign inserts his own email address. This approach creates the impression that my email address is [email protected].

  Contacts of the distrust can then use [email protected] of communicating more causing confusion and inconvience.

  If echosign will use an email address may I suggest [email protected]

  By default, all emails sent by E-Sign are sent from [email protected]. Now, if the signatories tend to respond to this mail, it will directly reach the sender of the document and not E-Sign. If you sent a document and signatory of the responses to the email, then you will receive the email directly.

  You will see that you can provide an array of files in the field of fileInfos DocumentCreationInfo object.

  EchoSign also provides REST style APIs. You can access the REST API documentation at https://secure.echosign.com/public/docs/restapi/v5. You can use POST reassure API https://secure.echosign.com/public/docs/restapi/v5#! /agreements/ to send the contract and this API operation accepts also several files on demand.

  If you are talking about first edition and last name in the profile section of E-Sign, then it can only be edited in your Adobe ID account and that information is automatically updated in the E-Sign account.

  Any way to edit an existing document EchoSign? I send you a contract where they can digitally add titles to be licensed. Can they go back and change to add/remove these titles after the signing and filing of the agreement?

  We have recently updated our logo and try to get all our forms to match. That said, is there a way to simply update the State of the art on existing documents? Or I have to replace EVERY single document with a new revision of widget? That said, is it possible to COPY the existing form? (Most of the articles do not have a model of the library and I can't just simply use the old model...)

  If you are looking to change the content (in the background of this piece), it must be done outside the EchoSign environment and would need to recreate the Widget to even.
