  If you wish to have proportionately more sizes with the same radius of rounding, you can:

  1) begins with a rectangle (not rounded) and effect > Distort & Transform > transform with the setting to the desired scale and the number of copies;

  (2) object > expand appearance.

  (3) effect > esthetics > rounded corners with a desired RADIUS.

  If you select the rounded rectangle tool and click anywhere on the artboard rather than simply drag, you get options, including Ray.

  You can also create a rectangle (normal) and then the effect > esthetics > rounded corners or effect > convert to shape > rounded Rectangle, to get a rounded which remains editable and removable.

  I have two banners that I use in my site. Currently they are rectangles about 900 px wide. I would like to somehow crop or do something to get the corners rounded, but not feather / / or blurred. I would just put a thin border around the photo, so it looks clean, but have the rounded corner.

  Make a rectangle with rounded corners to the size you want with the corner radius that you like.
  Duplicate and place the copy on a new layer.

  Make the first with white fill and no respect. Select your banner and the rectangle, then
  Modify > mask > Group as mask.
  Think that masks like... White stencils, black watch shows nothing, intermediate colors show luminance.

  On the copy or your rounded rectangle, set the padding to zero and the race to the border thickness and color you want. Given that it is a copy of the form you used to hide with, at the border match exactly.

  You can create the triangle with the tool polygon, delivered with the Rectangle tool (click and place the cursor until the other tools fly away), then the effect > esthetics > corners rounded. You can object > decompose the aspect if you have six anchor points.

  Using framemaker 11 and I can't seem to find a way to get the corners rounded on a table.

  The only way is a way to fake and draw a rectangle rounded on the table without borders. I've implemented a program to import this document into another document, but it does not have the rounded rectangle but takes the table. What gives?

  Rounded corners on the tables is a rare feature. There in no version of FM I've ever used (compared to 9), nor do all the worksheets that I use.

  My inclination would be to find an app that does (InDesign maybe?).

  Each table export to PDF.

  Import in a framework anchored on the FM band.

  A normal FM table does not represent an anchored frame. I guess you just draw on the page of the RR. It is not related to the content (a debit). Not only it does not export if you use this document as a source of text box, the RR will remain even with this table if the table to a different page of reflow number other content changes.

  You need create a block anchored.

  Equip the RR that.

  Also put a block of text in the AF.

  Set the table in the text frame.

  Adjust the RR to hit the table borders.

  I have been using the bucket tool to fill the bottom of a few images, but after a while the color I selected resulted in a different shade. For example, black lead in gray, and so on. What can be the source of this? I accidentally selected something that does?

  Another problem I have is to create corners rounded for a picture. I used this tutorial http://www.websitemagazine.com/content/blogs/posts/archive/2008/09/03/round-corners-in-pho toshop.aspx and it worked great the first few times, but the area around the corners became white instead of transparent. I did tell them apart exactly as in this tutorial, but without effect.

  Example: it looks ok, but it's because the white background of the page, move it to a place that is colored and white areas appear.

  When the paint bucket tool is active, look at the Options bar. Maybe the opacity is less than 100%. If you are you pour the paint into a layer above that is sampled, then perhaps the opacity of the layer or fill is less than 100%.

  For rounded corners, draw a path, not a shape, with the rounded, Rectangle tool, and then simply add a vector mask that contains the path of your image layer. To add the virtual computer, target the layer and mask path access then Cmd/Ctrl-click on the Add button at the bottom of the layers panel.

• Fireworks CS6 rounded corners path does not

  It is a very big problem for me.

  I just installed Fireworks CS6 and I can't do the rounded corners with the key path. It does not work, I select a corner and I click the "rounded corners" button and nothing happens.

  

  Also, I opened a Fireworks CS5 file that contains a rectangle with rounded corners, and when I select the two points of a rounded corner and click the path to 'square', even if this does not work.

  Is it a big bug CS6 or am I missing something?

  This is bound to help me with a previous post. If I can complete this step I am home and watered.

  I made an icon on a Web page and I just watch a tutorial on the economy for the web. I made this image with the tool rectangle rounded corners. I have a few objects hidden in this icon so there are invisible parts hanging out of the visible work, it seems so I can't decide because it is so far from what I've learned slicing does not have rounded corners and also, I cannot use the normal crop tool. If I do, I'm going to square corner white residue in my folder.

  I just read a Fireworks forum thread that shows how to trim the rounded corners which speaks of masking and to reframe the only use part visible, then modify > canvas > canvas Trim, but I do not have this option in Illustrator, it seems.

  Does anyone know how to do this in Illustrator?

  It is ok. I solved my problem by simply exporting in Photoshop and the artboard turned transparent.

  I want to create a rounded box that has a few superimposed text in for my website. But the questions is I want the edges to be soft and fade to transparent. In other words I want a rounded box that uses gradients to create the fade. I can create effects on the edges but the corners give me problems. Any advice to apply gradients with rounded corners?

  One of the coolest things you can do with a vector mask - e.g., one created with the rounded - Rectangle tool is pen it.  But it is not clear how...

  Try this:

  • Create a filled rounded Rectangle with the rounded Rectangle tool.

    

  • Click on the mask to make current, then make the Panel visible through the window masks - mask and increase the amount of feathers to taste:

  Being new Photosop CS3, I used the tool of rectangle Rect (RMT) and saw that my corners are rounded (round/nets) and the bottom of the box is mixed. Is there a way to reset the RMT while I have square corners and no mixing. Also, in time, I would like to have my RMT do so, how can I have rounded corners. (Of course, I did something)

  In the Options bar at the top, set the feather to zero.

  You can always add feathers to the time where you want.

  Or use the form if you want more control. Draw a path with it and convert the path to a selection.
