  Here are the steps:

What is even more strange, it's that the new album is bundled with my other John Williams music on my iPod and iTunes actually put the new files themselves in the same folder "John Williams" like other albums by John Williams in my "iTunes Music" folder No idea why this is happening?   Quick response: select all the tracks on the album, file > info (or right-click > news > details) and give them all a single "album artist", or check the indicator of "compilation" (as in https://discussions.apple.com/message/17670085#17670085).
