• iOS not downloaded songs from musicals

  Can someone tell me why iOS ever-present music (and play!) music I've NOT downloaded on my iPhone in my list of songs? These are songs that I have purchased through iTunes, this isn't music streaming service Apple.

  In the first picture, the music will play (and download) the greyed songs as well as songs downloaded even if I have the option selected to "don't show as available offline music", as you can see in the 2nd picture.

  Honestly, it's better to be a bug because there is no way that this makes no sense. I hope it's just bad validation by Apple and this is fixed soon. You are looking for, especially since I'm not crazy about validation.

  I don't have Apple music, so the display can be different if do you, but when I show 'All music', even those who is not downloaded is not grayed out. They look the same as those that is downloaded. If I select "Only downloaded Music", they're just going there, but when they are here they don't look different than those that is downloaded.

  I wonder if the question could be another. Have you tried the following:

  -Click on three points and see if there is a delete for those option greyed out. If there is, that tap and see if the problem disappears

  -Try to reset your device: hold the home and power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them until the Apple Display (up to 30 seconds). Once the slide to unlock screen appears, see if the problem is resolved

  I don't think you're crazy - I think that there may be some remaining items that just need to be cleaned!

  In order to see your purchases tap Settings > iTunes and App Store > Apple ID > Sign Out

  There is No direct way to download the photos stored in the library of Photo of Acrobat Reader for iOS to Adobe Document cloud.

  But here is a workaround on iPhone/iPad (so that you don't need to upload photos from your desktop).

  1. Open Safari on your iPhone/iPad.
  2. Go to https://cloud.acrobat.com
  3. Sign in with your Adobe ID
  4. Tap cloud of Document in the left pane.
     
  5. Tap on the icon to download (represented in blue) in the upper right.
     
  6. Click on photo library.
     
  7. Select or photos in the photo library.
  8. Tap done.

  Hi dmrmultimedias,

  I guess you are referring to the script error using the installer online.  If so, the DPI setting has been identified as the culprit.  If the DPI setting is not set to 100%, 125%, 150% or 200% installer will return the script error.  If your DPI setting is set to something else, please set it to one of these and Setup online should work.  The team is working on a fix for this.

  To check/change the DPI setting:

  1. start the control panel and go to control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display

  2. in the left menu, select the custom text size (DPI)

  3. in the custom configuration Windows DPI select 100%, 125%, 150% or 200% in the menu drop-down

  4. Select OK

  5. Select apply

  6. open a session/disable

  7. online installer should now run without displaying the script error.

  This is planned which will be fixed within two 2 weeks.
