  Assuming that the file will be used in the free, not Adobe Reader, you cannot do so.

  You should consider only submit the form (FDF, the first option) data, however. It is a much smaller file, and you can import it into a copy of the form on your side to get a filled in the version of the file.

  I've never used Code from Split before, so I did play a little.

  I found a solution that I hope will work for you fine. Open the Code inspector window (window > Code Inspector), rather than running the Code split under the notice. If you spend your css in the main document window, the CI will always show the actual page code, you work and the two windows dash/raise buttons work correctly (in CBWMS anyway). You also get the added benefit of being able to move the CI on a second monitor, outside of the Application in order to give you more real estate for the design or Live View split with code in the document window.

  I have 1 worm and had an even older model, so I suspect setting are similar. Check your manual for the section "Setting the Flash Ratio". You can disable share and else if you want, which may explain your problem. .

  Someone asked a question similar here earlier. There is no method to create a rectangle that extends 100% on one side. The work around I gave was to use a background fill. My answer is in the following link. For your question, you can make a png file with a color on one side and one transparency on the other.

No, you cannot change the text in a Table of contents, but you can change paragraph style font attributes (line) and add for example, a head of points between the types of OCD paragraph and page numbers.   Looks like you don't have a side-by-side, as it is normally referred to in Acrobat, but that the PDF file is actually a set of pages that are 2 pages per sheet. To be able to print a page of the worksheet, use the crop tool to select one side (and the same on all the leaves if you select everything). Then print this set. For other pages, simply move the culture across the sheet and repeat. Looks like it's what you're trying to do. If you want a single PDF file with 1 page per sheet, a crude to do this is to print each cropped to new PDF series. Then merge the two sets of printing and then rearrange the pages.
