• How to use the print face feature two automatic? I get only one side printed.

  I just got a new HP Officejet Pro 8600 and it says it's supposed to automatically print double-sided.  When I have a paper face two feed the paper from the upper bin feeder, it takes in and it then prints on one side, then he pulls the book which he just printed in as if he was going to print the second side, but then it ejects just page and does never print the second side.  I have an Asus computer running Windows 7, but I'm just trying to make a copy two faces to the right of the printer itself.  I went into the settings and there are two options under two back, we say '1-coast face 1 copy Original' and the other choice I have chosen is "1 side 2-sided original copy.  Those are the only choices.  What I am doing wrong?

  The two-sided printing module will print the back automatically when printing.  When making copies, it will print the back if you put two (or more) pages in the feeder and select this option to copy 1-face to face 2.  This model apparently does not 2 head to head 2 copies, i.e., it doesn't have a mechanism to scan the rear face of load in the ADF.

• It is possible to extend the rectangle to the browser only one side?

  I would 100% width effect, but only on the left.  Is this possible?

  Someone asked a question similar here earlier. There is no method to create a rectangle that extends 100% on one side. The work around I gave was to use a background fill. My answer is in the following link. For your question, you can make a png file with a color on one side and one transparency on the other.

• Gradient tool allows only one side?

  I'm putting an edge faded on my picture.  I use the gradient tool.  I have the selected layer and you have added a mask.  With the selected master, I draw the gradient tool of border for about 1 inch.   Then, I go to the next side and repeat the process.  After I drew the second gradient, one disappears.  So I can't draw a gradient on all four sides.  I settings on the normal mix, 100% opacity and have checked the dithering and transparency.  I work in CS5 MAC 10.6 x.  I used the tool degraded for this simple process before and cannot determine what setting has been done which limit myself to the use of a gradient on 1 side only.   Help

  Use black to transparent gradient, not the black and white gradient.

  I know how to add a green screen... quite easy to drag an image in a video clip. However, I have a side-by-side video recorded where a participant has a green screen and the other does not. Basically, I try to have three layers:

  1 person with green screen video

  2 background image to go in the green screen

  3. any other person clip

  Can I do this in iMovie?

  iMovie supports only 2 layers.  You use final Cut Pro or similar to do more than two.  You can however share a clip with a layer and then re - import and add another layer.

  Assuming that the file will be used in the free, not Adobe Reader, you cannot do so.

  You should consider only submit the form (FDF, the first option) data, however. It is a much smaller file, and you can import it into a copy of the form on your side to get a filled in the version of the file.

• Only one side of a cutting of merger? Non-linear

  I cut one in a photo, but the edges of the hair of people seems a bit odd. (See below)

  I wanted to use something like the tool to refine Edge feathering for it to blend into the background to look more realistic, but that applies to all parts of the selection.

• HP Officejet Pro 8620: One side scanning instead of both sides

  Whenever we scan with the printer using ADF, ALWAYS scan both sides of the document. We want to scan only ONE side, but we cannot find any setting switching on both sides for only one party to scan. It's very frustrating because whenever we scan, we have the right page and one white. We use Adobe Acrobat and driver scan TWAIN of the model.

  Is it possible to set up the printer we want?

  I see you try to do a side scan instead of the two sides, with your HP Officejet Pro 8620 on Windows 10. And I'm happy to help you!

  Each scanning program, has their own features. I'm not familiar with the use of Adobe Acrobat, so it is possible the functionality are not available in this particular scanning program. If you need help on the use of Adobe Acrobat, I would say to contact our Support from Adobe, for assistance.

  In the meantime, I suggest try using HP Scan instead and see if the option is available on the main screen to choose scan front side. If you have trouble with the HP scanning program, please try our HP print and Scan Doctor, to see if it can automatically solve the problem for you!

  Probably a problem of material with plug headphones.  However, you can try to do a Reset (reboot) of iPod

  If this does not help, you can try to do a restore, in case the problem is related to the software.  This erases the iPod and assigns the default condition "factory".  The restore button is on the recapitulation of the iPod settings screen in iTunes.  If a restoration is not enough, it is likely to be a hardware problem.

• Headset only produce sound from one side

  We gathered that the client is running Windows 7 Edition home premium. His speaker system works very well, but he is no longer able to hear the sound from one side of his helmet. We asked that he try it with another game, but the customer doesn't have access to that. Unfortunately the helmet have no guarantee of return is not an option.

  #2-the headphones themselves might be damaged. You said that it was not another pair to test with.

  I'm sure that the wax will not damage a pair of headphones. I deal with a LOT of people who use their phones and have never heard of that happening.

  The only other thing to check would be if there is a specific sound software installed on the system that you can adjust the balance between the edge speakers and external separately.

  You can get a cheap set of the Atria or at any dollar store.

  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

  I appreciate that you try to use the double-sided copy document feeder. This model printer the N911a does not support the loading of double-sided documents. The N911g and the n supports the loading of double-sided documents.

  So that you can accomplish something similar to come, you will need to place the original on the glass, and then press copy > settings > both sides > 1 heads 2 copy. The printer is paused in the middle of the job to allow you to turn the page on the glass.

  I managed to pass the login password, but now I am trying to create a new password in system preferences, but I can't because I'm required to use a password to allow the change.

  Guest user is the only account on my Mac, so I have no idea what to do to get out of this mess.

  You wipe the drive and then do a fresh install of Mac OS X. You can do this via the network of restoration:

  Installer Lion through Mavericks

  1. Restart the computer and after the chime hold down the keys COMMAND + OPTION + R until it appears a globe. Wait patiently - 5 - 15 minutes - until appears the Utility Menu.
  2. Select in the Menu Utility disk utility and click on the continue button.
  3. Disk utility charges and select the player (usually, it's the entry Out-bumpy with of the mfgr.) ID and size) of the list to one side. Click the Partition tab in the main window of disk utility.
  4. Under the scheme of Volume defined heading the number of partitions in a single volume. Click the Options button, set the GUID partition scheme, and then click the OK button. Define the type of Format Mac OS extended (journaled). Click the Partition button and wait until the end of the process. Quit disk utility and re-enter the Utility Menu.
  5. Select reinstall OS X in the Utility Menu, and then click the install button.

  This should install it the original version of OS X comes with the computer originally.

  I do not understand your question?  What do you mean "only the load on one side?  Pin male lightweight port is bidirectional, but female lightning port has pins on one side.
