  We do not have the same Visual effects available in Windows Live Movie Maker. There are various other effects black and white available with different shades. Follow the link for more information.

  Using Windows Movie Maker or Windows Live Movie Maker?

  I assume you mean Windows Live Movie Maker because you use Windows 7.

  Follow these steps to add transitions or effects in Windows Live Movie Maker:

  a. open Windows Live Movie Maker.
  b. click the photo or video you want to add a transition between and then click the activities tab.
  c. under Transitions group, click transition.

  To reinstall the filmmaker in XP: -.

  1] you must be logged on as administrator administrator or beneficiary.

  2] now insert your XP CD in the CD-ROM

  [3] start > run > type the following command:

  %SystemRoot%\Inf

  4] click OK to open the INF folder.

  [5] locate the file moviemk.inf

  6] right click on the file and then click on install.

  MPEG files are problematic in all versions of Movie Maker.
  Best bet would be to convert the files to the. WMV format
  before you import into Movie Maker.

  There are many converters available on the net... some
  free... some detail.

  The following freeware converter is just one example:

  (FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
  Restore point before installing software or updates)

  Format Factory (freeware)

  (the file you want to download is: > FFSetup280.zip<>
  (FWIW... installation..., you can uncheck
  ('all' boxes on the final screens)
  (Windows XP / Vista / 7)

  First, you will need to decompress the file or just open the
  Drag FFSetup280.exe out of the folder
  and drop it on your desktop. To install left click.

  Next, after the download and installation of Format
  Factory... you can open the program and
  left click on the toolbar, the "Option" button and
  "Select an output folder to" / apply / OK.
  (this is where you find your files after they)

  Drag and drop your video clips on the main screen...

  Select "all to WMV" / OK...

  I'm working on a presentation in Windows Movie Maker.  Why the music seems to jump whenever I have a 'transition' / 'effect' between clips (for example a fade in).  When I remove the transitions, the sounds of the music very well.  I want the transitions to be included because it adds a little more interest to the presentation.  Also, is there a way to create the title and subtitles in Word and import them into the presentation?  Allowing more flexibility and options with design (integration of treatment of logos/fonts/etc.).

  If you use Windows Live Movie Maker it has no available Slow Down effect.

  Only Windows Movie Maker v2.6 has that effect. I recommend that you download Windows Movie Maker 2.6 If you want access to the effect of "slow down, half.

  To make your video more slowly by using this version of Windows Movie Maker, you must use the effect "slow down, half. On the table of the storyboard / timeline, select the video clip, picture, or title to which you want to add the effect. Click on 'Tools' and then click 'effects '. In the "Contents" pane, click the effect you want to add (in this case, "slow down, half"). You can click on 'Play' under the preview monitor to see a preview of what looks like the effect, or simply click and drag the clip to the video or photo.

  However, here's the question I'm not find all of the features in this version of Movie Maker 2.6, I remember help in my other films. Where are the characteristics of "Pan"? Y at - there another version that has these features? Why 2.6 don't have?

  I'm angry. I am trying to set up a family video Christmas and notice the limited amount of manipulation that has Windows Live Movie Maker. I think remember me the XP version allowing the video to be accelerated or slowed down. I tried to change it on my old computer, XP version cannot open. MOV files, so I downloaded a video converter, now I get an error message indicating that the codec is missing. • Why can't I combine files movie maker?

  I can't cut out of the song and played it on a video clip where the song was actually shortened. I want to do I don't want to hear the audience in the video that's why I want to create my own version of the song that was cut short. However I'm unable to do so. So what I did is to break down the song and the video into pieces and put them together one, so when you play, it will sound like the song lacked real, without hearing the audio from the video (song and the public). When I try to combine, it says the format is not supported. How is it? Your Movie Maker are files can't stand each other? Say, we want to create a film and of course we have different scenes, add score score / music on each, but we will not be able to do because the files in windows movie maker does not support its own format.
