• Effect weird transition in first pro 2015 problem

  As the title says I have a very strange problem. When I try to apply a transition between two cuts effect the transition begins to add some additional images that are not in the full video completely or one of the videos together. I know that because I deleted these same images when I started to edit at the beginning. Ill post a picture of example below and if anyone knows what it is I'll be most grateful to be helped!

  1st photo is at the beginning of the transition, and as you can see it the African woman is not supposed to be there and some pictures later, she disappears and the next video begins (which isn't supposed to to happen at all).

  If you pass by there image by image, you will see that the first clip (on slightly) zooms for 7 or 8 frames, with a blur effect, and the second clip begins with zoom in and then gets to normal size (also starting with a blur). There is no dissolution between them.

  You can create this transition in movement (which is a good idea if you think you can use this more than once), or you can do it directly in the timeline in FCP X.

  Suppose you want to do this as a way to transition to clip A clip B.

  (1) move the playhead to the point of transition, then use the left arrow to go back, say, 8 frames.

  (2) control + B to the tail of A clip blade. Now, let's work on that. Open the Inspector.

  3 (a) move to the beginning of this 'tail' and add a keyframe for scale.

  3 (b) to move to the end of the tail and changing the scale setting how you want it to end.

  3 (C) in the effects browser, click Blur. Drag the Zoom effect on the clip. Adjust the settings to your liking in the Inspector.

  Now do the similar procedure to work on the head end of the clip B.

• When it will be the effects and transitions updates in Adobe CC15?

  The difference between the first CS6 and current versions are so small and nothing to do with the point I work with CS ^ more than CC. The update are not with the program in general but the patches. No any new transition, no new filter out of the Lumetri and the same Dumper. When will we see the filters with some 3d titles and additional transitions.

  Talking to the PrPro team the last three of the NAB, which is... is. Red giant, mocha... wow, there is a LONG list of companies that make special tons of plugins, effects, filters and tools. Adobe NOT to try and match what they do. I met quite a decent number of editors & some great colorists, and they all seem to have several things red giant on their platforms, as well as several others. A few discussions, comparing the result of Add - ons each person had, he noted most of them have spent more on plug-ins based NLE and ranking app they worked at.

  And that has not changed much matter if they spoke PrPro Baselight, Resolve, Avid, FCP, whatever.

  What Adobe will focus on is a mixture of fixing things that don't work as expected for all users & new "core" capabilities As they released this time. We can say that we always do more if they 'fixed' enough things or added too little/too many new toys.

  In and through all this, the best way to get your feelings both team leaders and in particular types of executives who seem to be those affecting budgets for teams, is to make your point of view through the only thing that gets they know, the bug/feature/wishform...

• ADJUSTMENT EFFECTS AND TRANSITIONS

  I want to adjust the settings for a transition - as do a "wipe" have a soft edge, instead of a hard.

  (1) supposedly I can slick effect in the timeline to the right and set up adjustments, but all I get is the length of the effect.

  Everything is normal and you have no border width and color, et al.

  The recovery of the Transition, you are not scroll down far enough... look to the right and the scroll at the top of the vertical bar. Drag the bar down, I am sure 99,9999999%, you will see these options.

• Effect of transition if doesnot work time is more than a second

  I'm working on captivate 8. Whenever I try to give a traistion effect to an object on a slide with transition at the time, more than one second, on playback of the slide this object either seems faded or doesnot appear at all. Not able to understand why it is happening every time even if I keep the slide duration approximately 3000 s and I kept the display time of the bjects until the end of the slide.

  3000secs slide = 50minutes? In other words, sorry for the word, crazy. Why is it necessary, would be much better if split you this slide. But that's irrelevant, of course.

  Based on your comment I suspect that there is a point of suspension at the beginning of this slide. Can you post a screenshot of the (first part) of the chronology of the slide?

If the titles that are supposed to before some clips are now pushed more in other clips or clips that appear later in the film!

  is there a way to avoid this problem?

  in a folder on your drive hard drive... and then reimport the .wmv
  film of the file and drag it on the timeline (as a new project)...

• Missing my transition on the Timeline Photoshop effect

  In Photoshop, I create a 2.5 D photograph parallax.  I have placed all my elements down in my timeline, and when I tried to click on the keyframe of 'transition', he disappeared.  Can someone tell me where I can find this?

• Rough Cut created as a prelude with transitions, sent to first Pro works then, using 'replace with After Effects comp', loses the transitions. Why?

  With the help of Creative Cloud 2015 apps exclusively on a 64-bit win 8.1 Pro Gigabyte MB 8 core AMD pcu with 16 GB of ram and nVidia GeForce 8800 GTX graphics card. I deleted all the cache and restarted.

  Created a simple Rough Cut in prelude routinely using H.264 in mp4 video and still photos from format of (via Media Encoder) components ingested in prelude ~

  Rough Cut, composed of a sequence of 1 always followed by 4 x 3 second mp4 followed by another still followed by 4 more 3 second MP4, total length of 30 seconds.

  Together, then the default prelude "Cross dissolve" transition between each item in the first edit.

  Successfully sent this first edit in Premiere Pro using the menu option integrated prelude - send to first.

  Works like a charm in Premiere Pro, including cross-fade transitions.

  HOWEVER, now, in Premiere Pro, have not been able to use then 'Replace with After Effects' option under ' Dynamic Link ~ option is grayed out, regardless of how I select the element/sequence to replace. "

  The only way I have found to use all the options 'Replace with After Effects' is the one that appears when you right-click on a sequence in the timeline window, but when open in After Effects, crossfade effect has disappeared; Only the elements of the scene still show when parsing through the sequence in the timeline.

  1. How can I get the Adobe Dynamic Link to function when it is grayed out in the choice of Menu file?
  2. How to make the right click option 'replace with After Effects' to send the sequence in After Effects without changing its infrastructure, as described above?

  I await with confidence to find someone here who knows what I'm doing well wrung out! and who can show me the error of my ways. TIA. /PSB

  First transitions don't come in After Effects. They never have. Your workflow is not compatible with dynamic link. You should use AE to create shots and then change these shots in Premiere Pro. Trying to bring in a sequence which was finalized with effects and transitions is a losing proposition and not recommended.

• PE7 - Crash when selecting the effects or the Transition tab

  recently, I upgraded from Vista Home Premium 64 Bit for Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Since then PE7 is unusable. Whenever I click on the button "Edit" orange and then on "Effects" or "transition" EP ends with the value default Windows Message "Adobe Premiere Elements has been a problem". I tried to repair the installation, unistalling EP 7, put it back, to use it in compatibility modes different for earlier versions of Windows, to rebuild the preset and the effects library - nothing works. It is not something specific to the project, it happens on all my projects and even if I create a new one that is completely empty.

  Here is my system:

  ASUS Rampage II Extreme

  Core i7 920 @ 3.6 Ghz (I tried to turn off my overclocking settings and used the processor to its default speed of 2.67 Ghz = > that didn't help either)

  Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

  NVIDIA Geforce 8800 GT

  Any help would be great. Thank you.

  The nvidia problem with PRE7 (this is the reason why I joined this forum - I think I hold the distinction for the first report of it).

  The update should fix your problem - I have the same exact and W7-64 card and everything works fine.

  I did a lot of reading and I'm suddenly really confused. Can anyone provide a relatively simple explanation of the differences between tweens, transitions, and effects that apply for bending.

  -one or more effects can be used to define a 'transition', which is a change more precisely between view States

  -transitions are just a way to organize the effects for States to display, you can use effects outside transitions

  -You can create new effects using tween classes

  -behaviors are just another way to talk about the effects or transitions, you create behaviors, not just talk about them as a concept

• Duration of transitions

  Hi all. I'm certain films at the publishing house, and I'm having a problem with transitions. When I add a transition after a clip, I can do the length I want (02:00), but when I add a clip after this transition, it shortens to 4 and won't let me change it. The same thing happens when I add a transition between two clips already in the timeline panel. This happens only between some of the clips. Any ideas why this could be? Thanks in advance.

  YYou must have enough additional material beyond the edit point to extend the transition. The application will not reduce the project to allow you to create the longest transition. You can do this, but it is a two-step process. You will need the shots with the handles at the top of the transition to create additional support for greater overlap of ripple. Then you will be able to extend the transition.

• Where can I get additional transition? Are there Add-ons for Final Cut Pro?
