  I need to remove the software Trend Micro surfing out of the incompatible software folder, but I can't after several searches located where this folder is located on my Mac.  The computer tells me he created the folder on my boot drive, but when I open the boot disk in my system preference, or location by choosing this file is not an option.  I don't know where another glance or what else to try.  Any help or assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.  Thank you!

  The "Startup disk" shown in system preferences is actually the same disk but it is used to select the disc which will start your Mac. Change that cause the Mac to use another disk to run so be careful with this preference.

  Open the Finder.

  In the Finder menu bar, click go > go to folder

  Then type or copy paste the following text:

  / Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration

  Click OK, and then move all files in the SystemConfiguration folder to the trash.

  Then, restart your Mac and try the Kindle app.

  Your Mac wil re generate a new SystemConfiguration folder for you.

  This looks more like a bad USB cable or bad printer.

  Don't know what to do about this, I'm looking for the Kindle app on the iTunes store (I have it on my phone, but my boyfriend wanted to install it on his iphone 6), and it's just not there! I used alone and several keywords to limit the search results, such as "Kindle reading Ebooks", I can browse the entire list of results, it is simply not there! Even the Amazon app will be displayed but not the Kindle one. I looked on both our phones AND through the store to iTunes on my PC, without success.

  We also tried searching through its search tool on his phone and write "Kindle" it will appear, but when you click it, it draws a white screen with nothing happens (we also tried after restarting his phone, without success).

  If they were purchased through the Kindle books (i.e. Amazon) you can open the Kindle application on your new iPad, if not already in the tap of the library the 3 bars on the high left and click library, and then tap cloud down, tap and hold any book in your library and then on download. All purchases are stored by Amazon and can be downloaded at any time.

  When you have completed the installation of El Capitan, the Setup program deletes itself. So if you have not copied somewhere else, you will have again the download on the App Store.
