  I can identify no problems of networks. If I go to the iTunes Store deliberately I have no problem. I have no download waiting on the iTunes store. I try not to buy anything from the iTunes Store. I have no reason to connect to the iTunes Store.

  There is no update unapplied for iTunes. There is no update unapplied for Mac OS X. There is no update unapplied for my router. There is no network connection problem to any site I found.

  I can't find all the messages that allow me to debug this problem. The support page to If you can not connect to the iTunes Store - Apple supported provides no useful information.

  What this error message should tell me? What problem I actually feel?

  I noticed that sometimes.  I just quit iTunes and restart.  The problem reoccur not (until it is once again).  But for me, it's months between occurrences.

  You must update El Capitan at v10.11.4.

  Click on your Apple  top left of your screen.

  In the drop-down menu, click on about this Mac

  Make sure the " view " tab is selected, and then click software update.

  Your Mac may restart several times during the update. That's ok.

  Then try to access your iTunes account.

  I use the latest version of El captain, on an iMAC of 2015.  My iTunes library is on my Synology NAS. I use a router ASUS RT3100.

  In the last month, I get from these random popup.  «We can complete your iTunes Store request.» The network connect timed out.

  This happens every day.  My internet works fine, and I'm not losing connections.

  I even reinstalled (downloaded the latest iTunes again 12.4) and it still happens.

  How can I fix it?

• Last episode of podcast is not showing in iTunes Store

  I help my launch marries a podcast, and we are still pretty new to the process.  We noticed that her last episode, posted 6 days ago appears in the my iTunes Podcasts section, as well as on the application of Podcasts on my iPhone.  However, it is not yet displayed in the iTunes Store.

  No idea if it's just a slow process in the iTunes store, or if maybe we goofed something up on top of our end?

  A you have updated the "beacon" in the upper part of the feed and given the new image a different file name, and then the store will be updated, but may take a few days to do. ID3 tags are not relevant in the store and only affect individual episodes for subscribers in the iTunes application.

  If you choose a new workflow, you must:

  redirect subscribers to your new workflow

  First RSS feed-> Submitted to iTunes > user subscribed--> user gets new episodes

  Second RSS feed-->? iTunes has been notified? --> iTunes doesn't new episodes.

  Second RSS feed--> users get new episodes

  I recommend the deletion of your podcasts in the box my Podcasts in iTunes Desktop (to avoid confusion).

  Then, search the iTunes Store for the podcast put you to the test and you subscribe.

  I registered a new podcast in iTunes with several already published on the stream of podcast episodes. During the process of creation, food shows all previously published episodes, but when I look in the iTunes store for the newly created podcast, there is no available episodes. Is there a way to force iTunes to recognize already published episodes?

  OK-try to make the free trial but everytime I try to enter the password, it just says: "cannot connect to iTunes Store.

  Interestingly, all shows active account... I even received an email from  a confirmation e-mail?  If you look at the settings of all access to CBS - it shows that I am connected?  I can access the store and rent movies, watch Netflix and Hulu, so I know I have a good connection.

  I tried to restart the tv  - he's twice with no luck...
