  What operating system do you use?  It is 32-bit or 64-bit?  First will not be listed as available if you have a 32-bit operating system, as it requires a 64-bit operating system.

  Since you don't back up your encryption keys, the data is inaccessible forever. Delete and move. There is no backdoor to EFS encryption. Next time be more careful about the use of the advanced features such as encryption without having to learn first about them. I'm sorry for your loss.   2 If #1 does not work, go to safe mode and the CIO adapt them again.

  You can try to search for *.eml, but if the disk has been formatted first, they will not be there.  The files are also hidden, so make sure that you enable the display of hidden files and folders under control panel | Folder options | View.  You can also check with those who 'reloaded' of Windows to see if they have backed up your data first.

  1. Choose the Mode "full screen" or
  2. unchecked toolbars

  The F11 key activates / turns off Mode full screen or not. Full screen, you have no toolbars, no tab and no bar Add on (bottom).

  I have a similar problem with the Mail application on Surface 2. Inbox does not all the messages that I can see through the Web browser. I chose E-mail download of any time in the account settings. But when it sync randomly takes messages in the Inbox to display. I uninstalled the app, restarted the Surface and again installed in the Windows store. But the problem remains. It's frustrating. I think the app is not fully developed.
