• Having trouble accessing the creative cloud for download it and other applications

  I use Safari v9.1.1 on an iMac with v10.11.5 El Capitan.

  I tried every way I can see to get the links to download creative cloud or one of the applications with it (I have the number of members all apps) and whenever I click on a download link, it transfers me to the link to download, but then it just sits there. No spinning icon, no "Please wait", no message 'Download now', just a blank in my browser screen and nothing happens (see below - it is just on this screen forever).   Search for malware:

  Remove anything they find. Reboot when necessary. (You can uninstall one or both when finished.)

  Search online with eSet Online Scanner.

  I don't know about PS versions you mention since those who are very old and I know of no download available for them... If you mean PS CS5 then there's available downloads.

  ·        Do you see the safemode, written on all four sides of the screen?

  If you see you're starts in safe mode so you can't uninstall programs in safe mode since the Windows service install will not work in safe mode.

  Windows service install is responsible for installing and uninstalling a program on the system.

  I suggest to start the desktop normally and then check if you are able to uninstall the program on the system.

  (2) what version of Windows you are using on the computer?

  (3) updates are you referring?

  Method 1: Try to install the program as an administrator do a right click on the program installation files and select run as administrator, click on continue if you are prompted to confirm.
