  I just downloaded the SDK version and Simulator 10.1 Beta 2 for OSX. However, when I try to open the dmg files, they are both not recognized as valid dmg files. The md5 of the SDK is correct, the md5 of the Simulator is wrong. I 5a74f3fd97cccd21f06404e04c6edb33, even after the download a second time.

  For someone else who may come across this thread looking for an answer to the same question:

  According to the Adobe customer service, they do not provide installation files for all their old products (understandable).  Acrobat 9 Pro, only versions of Windows are available for download via Adobe.

  Create a new paragraph Style in the paragraph Styles Panel and name it for example H1. Select and set your text styles.

  Next time you need it just select your text on the page and click on H1 in your panel paragraph styles.

• Key WPA - EAP business Wifi for OSX 10.11?

  I'm looking for months for a Wifi key that supports OSX 10.11 WPA - EAP Enterprise. I ordered about 10 already, but most of them only support OSX 10.9 or lower. But I need 10.11. Those who work with OSX only sustained 10.11 until this WPA - PSK.

  Any ideas? Any help?

  (I know that my mac supports WPA - EAP, but I need a stick to place it as close to the point of access to a public network - which can't change, I can't use repeaters etc..)

  I may be wrong since I have to confess I used only once WPA2-Enterprise, but I think that EAP would be part of the 802. 1 x security suite. EAP stands for Extensible Authentication Protocol.

  OS X took in charge WPA2-Enterprise and 802. 1 x for a long time and don't always work. I believe that as long as the WiFi adapter supports WPA2 then it will also support WPA2-Enterprise and therefore 802.1 x and EAP.

  Note: WPA2-Enterprise and 802. 1 x means also using a RADIUS authentication server. In theory it could be run on a Mac server and in fact Apple Server.app includes a copy of FreeRadius, even if you need to configure it manually.

  This adapter to the Web site less OWC is listed as including El Capitan drivers although the product on the Edimax website page lists only up to Yosemite.

  This is why I feel that this adapter is admissible as Mac-compatible, El Capitan compatible and produced compatible WPA - EAP.

• Thinking about ditching Windows 10 for OSX

  I'll try to completely avoid bashing Windows, but I am extremely disappointed by Windows 10. It's a bug-riddled mess. And the store / apps are so poor compared to what we get on iOS. So thinking about getting a Mac (iMac, perhaps). Have never owned a Mac before. It is therefore completely new for us.

  It makes sense for us, as we have iPads and iPhone to advance an Apple almost 100% eco system. We are very familiar with iOS, but not in OS X. My question is, if a lot of these applications, we like on iOS also appear on OSX? For example, sky +, bank HSBC, YouTube, Sky go, speedtest (ookla) etc etc. Basically if a app functions / is available is usually available on OSX too? We would like to be able to use many of these applications, we have grown to depend on in our mobile devices on the computer / big screen too. It would be cool if this is the case and I will certainly put my efforts in economics for a machine OSX our main computer of the family

  The bottom line is that there are a few applications available for OS x and iOS. They will not the same as Macs and mobile devices have different objectives and different hardware. The only way to know is to check the website of your favorite application and see if an OSX version is available or it is still necessary. For example, SpeedTest works in any browser, so there is no need of a separate application for iMacs.

  I would spend the money, do some hardware upgrades (SSD, RAM)

• How can I disable the back and gestures toward the front in F9 for OSX Lion?

  The new gestures in Firefox 9 to OSX Lion, which allow you to navigate forward and backward with a sweep two fingers are driving me crazy.

  I like the idea, but it is much too sensitive. Whenever I'm trying to scroll to the top or bottom of a page (which uses also two fingers), I accidentally go back because apparently I don't have the skills to drag and down the pad perfectly superimposed.

  If the function has been adjusted so that drag it back was not so sensitive, it would be a wonderful feature. But as it is currently, it is to destroy my browsing experience in Firefox to the point where I am considering to switch browsers.
