  Hi all. Two weeks ago, I posted this problem under a different title, but got no answer, so let me try again once it is mess up maybe 5% of my email.

  Every morning I collect E-mail - from 40 to 70 messages, many from Gmail - and filtering of messages usually works effectively for transfer of the Inbox in the folders. But somewhere along the line, 1 to 3 emails get confused together: the and/or submitted do not match the text and the text sometimes includes the Source of Msg, including the text of some other, unrelated to email.

  I use FF and TB for more than 10 years now and believe this kind of email confuse goes back only a few months. I use the last Thunderbird in Windows 7 on a Dell desktop computer. I have 4 addons I hope so innocent. Of course I can send screenshots and the source of the message for analysis.

  How can I have unopened emails in the Inbox when I open each email using the selection of all mail? With this same question, how can I not open Important emails after opening my emails using the same selection? I do not understand what is represented with this logic...   "All mail" is an artifact of gmail with IMAP. Most of the users have a happier life if they unsubscribe it in Thunderbird.

  I have a BB Curve (8330) with sprint.

  I have BIS (not BES).

  I have a single e-mail account IMAP via a 3rd party ISP (not GMail, Yahoo, etc).

  I send the value delete on the server, and BB, I have a reconciliation with wireless ON

  the BB and I Syncronize deleted items checked on my BB email account

  Web interface.

  What I notice is when I delete a message on the BB is on the IMAP account deletions

  Server immediately. It is very good. BUT if I delete an email that is sitting in my BB

  List messages directly from the IMAP server (by anything other than the BB)

  It can take hours before it is removed from the list of messages in BB.

  Sometimes it takes a much shorter time, but it is not fast particlularly.

  Even if I do a "reconcile now" messages previously deleted directly from the

  IMAP server are not removed from the list of messages in BB. They will be eventlually

  are deleted but only after an apparently random time.

  So I guess my question is the simplest form would be "when do IMAP server."

  the messages are deleted directly on the server IMAP removed on the BB?

  Like I said, they get deleted but not instantly, but rather after hours sometimes.

  Hello!

  You cannot control this. It is based on the priority at the time your email provider as well as in BIS - and this function are a priority lower than other functions, and competition for priority is not just your email account, but all accounts e-mail on your server, as well as all lines of e-mail via BIS. It will happen as you see it and you can't control it.

  MSN, Hotmail, accounts accounts and real accounts, are all Windows Live accounts.  If your MSN address still works, so please continue to use it.  No need to worry about the rest.

• Problem adding email address to the site 'Manage your Apple ID'

  I want to add my XYZ e-mail address in the section "reachable to the ' site ' manage your Apple ID. However, I get the following message: "this e-mail address is already in use with another apple ID".

  I see you are trying to add an additional email address to your Apple ID. If you already have an address assigned as your email of relief, that is probably why you can't add it as an additional e-mail address. See this support article for more information about Apple ID addresses: on your Apple ID email addresses

  If you want to change the emails, you can replace the recovery email address and use it as an additional e-mail address.

• Unable to get email to work with the new address to iCloud.

  I used Mail for years but have barely entered iCloud Web site after you have configured the new ending by e-mail address: iCloud.com.

  I have actually 3 addresses of e-mail on the go in Mail:

  -New address iCloud (that I can send and receive mail, but I can't find any info account for it after it is created).

  -Old address hotmail.co.uk (which I use daily).

  -For my Apple ID I use outlook.com. This e-mail address appears in my account, but I use it for mail. The confusing is that my new address iCloud does not appear like this outlook.com you do.

  I have been using my hotmail address to send/receive messages, but I want to get rid of it and use my new address to iCloud.

  I click on the following: Preferences > account information > Alias > This shows my address hotmail.co.uk (not the new iCloud email address), and clicking on modify the Alias takes me to account, then + and - an email address, then I add the new address to iCloud and then it freezes!  When my wife does it to see how it should work, by clicking on edit aliases, it is automatically taken on its iCloud site where she can change all his own.

• When writing an F9 email no longer displays the address book unless in safe mode, how do I solve this problem?

  I tried to remove and then install an older version of Thunderbird and the pane bad contact on the left was there. I can't find any setting to change the part of that wrong at the old I need. I would rather not try to reinstall win7 pro from scratch for this problem, assuming that would fix it.

  It was very strange. Now things work properly and I don't know why. I want to thank everyone for their help. The image shows the first letter of the contact you want on screen messages write with the address list. Before it wasn't to show a list of addresses, just search options to search for address books. • Question of Gmail RFC 5321, fails to send emails

  I use Gmail with TB 38.3.0 on MAC OSX 10.9.5. In the last days, I was repeatedly making the following failure message:

  "An error has occurred when sending mail. The mail server responded: 5.1.2 the specified address is not a valid address of RFC 5321. y77sm17688366wme.15 - gsmtp. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again.

  It comes from TB in a message of error rather than the demon of Gmail mail dialog.

  I use a hidden email address that we have passed the URL some time ago and couldn't change our e-mail settings.

  It becomes a real problem, I love TB and cannot pass gmail... can anyone help?

  Yes, last week we deployed a change that applied validation of the MAIL FROM argument to be a valid RFC 5321 e-mail address.

  This validation occurs on all servers SMTP Gmail works, so for incoming MX servers, smtp.gmail.com MSA presentation servers and GfW SMTP relay servers. Previously, we were doing validation at later stages that could cause the message bounces and other issues. This change pushed the validation of the first use so that people are more aware of the problem.

  In the case of the MSA (third with smtp.gmail.com and user connections clients), we have rewritten the MAIL FROM to match one of the personalized valid user addresses (or vacuum in the case of rebounds) to a large number of years. Apparently, this has allowed to have bad configuration which has persisted for a long time, people. It also means that we see a lot of failures of third party such as Foscam and Samsung cameras and software of third parties such as SyncBackup devices. We may have to relax those requirements in the case of the MSA for this reason, but the ETA of such a solution is perhaps the end of this week or early next week.

  We are not planning to relax the requirements for MX and relay, however. In these cases, we do not really have a good address to substitute to, and if we don't override it, messages are unable to bounce back, which can cause people to perceive as loss of message delivery failures.

  In addition, a warning: we are grateful for traces of transaction SMTP which provided several people, but be aware that the trace of the transaction for an MSA transaction will contain the authentication information that people can steal and use. Please remove or XXXX long character strings in the AUTH of the newspaper part.

  HAVING HAD PROBLEMS WITH TB I'M THINKING OF DUMPING OF ALL OF THE USELESS APPLICATION. THE HELPLINE FORUM IS PRETTY MUCH USELESS AND TOTALLY CONFUSED. I CAN NOT EVEN LOG INTO MY 'ACCOUNT' EVEN AFTER THREE PASSWORD RESETS "SUCCESSFUL."   HEY THANKS GUYS, BUT SURPRISINGLY I FIXED IT. Even more amazing that I'm a total dinosaur IT. It turned out for some reason known to herself TB trying to reach the wrong file to one e-mail that has already sent and received, (b) was on my hard drive, I had moved the file to a different location, but it was some time after the message had been sent.
  I had to move the file, restore it to its original folder, attach the wrong file to the message I wanted to send - then remove the attachment and reset the search on attachments for "desktop" and then search for and add the file I wanted to send in the first place. What a parley - but in some way it has sorted all. I have no idea why this happens, but he can help others who have the same mysterious problem arising on attachments and file associations. • How to copy my files to email contact lists for transfer on my laptop after repair of the manufacturer.

My biggest problem is I use Thunderbird as a filing system for all important emails and keep my email contacts list and I wish I could copy them all when I clear my computer so I can copy them on my laptop newly repaired.
