  I have an email notification of an email unread on top of my screen, and I can't get rid of it.  My Inbox is empty.  If I click on it, I get the calendar view, which I can't get rid of one.  Do not know what is happening.  Does anyone have any ideas?

• Facing the issue with the notice of sound incoming email

  Let me try this again. I am running Windows 7, 64 bts, with IE 11. I'm trying to set up a new email notifaction (let me clarify the real point, I want to be notified when a new email is recived in my box. There is no problem with mail classes, only incoming.) I tried solving audio problems, but a new window keeps popping up telling me that it cannot run on this system. The next thing I try is to go in sopund, click on manage audio devices, then click on the sound tab, choose Windows by default under my sound scheme, then go to the events of the program and highlight new notifaction from mail, and then choose the sound I want, test to make sure its what I want Click applt & ok. Now, I should be put in place, nothing. I go back and check and everything that I put in place is cancelled. All other sounds on my PC works fine (logout, shutdown, reboot, etc.) I don't understand what I'm doing wrong here. I'll say thanks in advance.

• Why Facebook notification by email of yahoo links don't open?

  I had allowed Facebook send me notification in my yahoo mail and as before I use to open my yahoo mail link by clicking on the links given. At the present time it used more open and he said no "authorized". I didn't have no change of the parameters of my Firefox browser and it made me wonder why. Could you help me change again so that I could open the Facebook links by simply clicking on my Yahoo email notice. Thank you.

• Microsoft email as Spam too

  • Web page that actually opens when you click on this link (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-live/microsoft-services-agreement - and why it could not have been in the email?) says that the agreement is "effective September 27 201"- but the email 'important' says that the "update agreement will take effect on 19 October 2012"»

  Overall, a communication very badly written it is just too much spam.

  Users seem to have begun to question this (I think this is the 4th time I've seen this today).

  Can we get something pinned (message from Rob above?) to the appropriate forums?

  When I try to approve notifications by using the e-mail link, it returns 'GUEST' under the name of the approver. Is there a way we can find the username or the e-mail address of the person who approved using the link of e-mail notification?

  If you want to force the user to log on by clicking on the email link, see MOS Doc 820444.1 (how to set the Workflow SEND_ACCESS_KEY = N). This setting as shown is the recommended way to avoid security problems.

• Outlook Express hangs after a facebook message

  Whenever I get an email notice that somebody posted on my wall on Facebook, I click to open the e-mail message and Outlook Express crashes.  Soluto says it's probably because of the nesplitter.ax file.  I can't locate this file on my computer.  Any suggestions on how to stop this crash?

  It is a known issue with certain mail such as OE clients, given Facebook emails do not conform to the standards of the Internet.  The only way around is to read Facebook messages in plain text only.  So if you get one, before you open it, go to tools | Options | Read and verify the ability to read messages in plain text only, then you can read the message without it crashing.

  You can also get my free OETool (www.oehelp.com/OETool/) program, which has a button that toggles this option of HTML / plain text.

  Alternatively, you can set up a message rule that if the message comes from Facebook, then move it to another folder.  Before going into this folder to read the messages, turn the read plain text messages option.

• Why my Cloud connectors expire with Eloqua password?

  I recently added some calculator cloud connectors to my innate program date. Then my Eloqua password expired recently. Apparently, this caused all my Cloud Connector passwords also expire.

  1. Why did I not receive an email notice that all these connectors cloud has expired and therefore caused my stall programs?
  2. How can I prevent my cloud connectors to exhale with my password? It is such an inconvenience to have to go back in every single program and re - enter new password Eloqua.

  Hi Krista, Eloqua our peeps can correct me if this is not correct, but I think that the solution for this is to set up a new user in Eloqua with access to the API. The value that the user so that they do not have to change the password, then press the shoulder of your support rep first to make sure this password does not expire. At least that's what (I believe) we come to one of our cloud connectors that we have put in place the week last with the help of our representative.

  You can do it by means of a SQL UDM (metric defined by the user).

  -Create a UDM SQL (two columns) for the target of the database of interest using a query on the table dba_users. The following example query returns users whose accounts are locked and expired & locked.

  -Set the threshold of warning as follows:
  Comparison operator: CONTAINS
  WARNING: LOCKED

• Where can I change e-mail notification "new customer comment"?

  Currently I use the Module reviews the customer's Web site. When someone posts a comment, the customer receives an e-mail notification "New customer comment", so that the customer can moderate comments. The problem is that all the emails notification of workflow for my client's Web site are brand for his company and this e-mail notification "New customer comment" bears the mark and the address of my business and not his default "from". How can I change this?

  I must point out that in a conversation with the support, the person I chatted with that said that it could not be changed because it was an email notice aside server that could not be edited / brand by me. Given the presence of brandable Workflow notification emails, I have a hard time with this response.

  I send emails and do not know that they are not received. The ones I know about are the domain of Verizon. I have no notice of nondelivery. It started a month ago. Prior to this, all messages have been delivered without exception.

• Outlook 2007 - when sending an email, I noticed that the information bar displays 3 sent messages

  When I send an email, I noticed that the InfoBar at the bottom of the screen indicates that 3 emails are sent.

  It says "send message 3 3' when I just sent an e-mail."
