  So, I found the solution!

  Basically it seems to be a problem in the world of bbapp. I know that I was using the right email and password I used several times to download new applications. This combination is no longer works somehow. To solve the problem simply:

  Sign up for a new world bbapp ID!

  That's all! You will need to use a new email address, so it's annoying, but it works.

  It's a very simple solution!

  The old e-mail/password combination is in no. man s land. Can't explain this part. Also, I can't explain why it didn't come with an error when I enter the password it is not working. It shows that I have registered, it just does not allow me to download anyting.

  In any case, can't complain too much because it's Aussie a simple solution.

  If you don't know how to register for a new BBappworld ID do the following:

  -Click on the bbappworld icon

  -Select the icon of my world

  -Click on the button of menu while in my world

  -Select disconnect

  -Select the icon for my new world

  -Scroll down to create a BlackBerry ID.

  That's all!

  Since you're on BES, you really should work with your BES admin... they have a lot of things and it is possible that they apply an expiration that you aren't aware of the control.

  All emails will be go to the main folder of Messages. You must hide the email from specific folders and ignore them. Highlight the icon, then press Menu (left of the trackball) > hide. Then press Menu again and make sure that ALL DISPLAY is disabled.

  To delete the missed calls from your Messages, press the Green dial button to go to your call log > Menu > Options > Call Logging = NONE.

  For all incoming and outgoing calls, I hear nothing on audio combined even if the volume is full. What I'm talking about is heard on the other side.

  However, audio is heard to perfect both ways when:

  1. I have the speaker mode

  2. I plug headphones

  This started after I took my phone to the service center to replace a broken screen. I also have a software upgrade to 7.1.0 bundle 2108.

  I tried simple best practices as restart the phone, remove the sim card and put it back - did not help.

  I need help to understand the following:

  Is it possible that the service center guys brought the phone well after the replacement of the screen because of what phone works audio speaker, but audio handset does not work.

  When someone sends me an email, it takes 15 minutes so he can appear on my torch. If I connect to my account in outlook on a computer, I can see that the email was delivered to me.

  As indicated by knottyrope, the only way to get access to Instant Messaging is on BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server).  E-mail accessed via BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service - used for email outside the company) can take up to 15 minutes to arrive.  There is no way to change this and it's just how it works.

  Sorry, the news is not positive, but you'll get used to it.  And as a heads up, from time to time your BB will receive e-mail before Outlook.  It depends on when BIS asked web emails.
