• Application module tries to access the secure API

  Hi all.

  We are new to Blackberry Java development and have some problems with it.

  We use the same BlackBerry Bold 9000 and OS worm Simulator. 5.0 in Eclipse JDE.

  The JDE version is 5.0.0

  We signed HelloWorldDemo with tool of power, provided by BB. It worked fine on the Simulator AND the device.

  Then we signed our own application, based on PictureScrollFieldDemo.

  The thing is, on the simulator of OUR application works fine, but when we try to run on the device, it failed with an error that says something like this: "Application module tries to access the secure API."

  After that many times we tried to remove the code all potentially dangerous and recompile the application. After that it stopped working at all (when you click on the application menu, ABSOLUTELY nothing happens).

  Then, we decided to try to launch PictureScrollFieldDemo, the sample provided by BlackBerry. Also, it did not work

  Finally, the HelloWorldDemo has stopped working or the other...

  During all this madness, we rebooted the unit several times.

  Please help, appreciate any advice.

  The problem is that the application module does not record the client interface that is automatically generated classes.

  The GPU acceleration works on some computers and not on others. If everything works properly with disabled GPU acceleration should be the parameter, you must use. The function does not in Lightroom automatically faster. I don't have a dedicated in my computer graphics. But I understand that the main advantage of having the GPU acceleration for users who have monitors high resolution.

  I'm working on a proposed merger of coexistence and one of the requirement we must create/save a custom application/module in Fusion Apps(Just like Creating Entry in FND_APPLICATION IN EBS).
  Once created, we want it to be a schema-related custom and Linus directory structure personalized as well.

  I just wanted to share a possible solution to the problem of the trial version that many people seem to feel. The whole topic is very confusing, because there seems to be a problem of trial that is specific to Photoshop (probably set by the last update), and then there are cases where all applications from the Application Manager think they are trial versions. This question was pestering me for two weeks now and today I came across something that suddenly solved the problem - at least for me.

  Actually, all I had to do was to install a new application from the Application Manager (what was not installed before - in my case it was the Flash). I wanted to check if a newly installed application would fall also in status of the trial directly after installation and what happened was, he did not. What happened, is that all other applications returned to their normal behavior. More no test pop-up windows!

  I just install a new application somehow forced the Application Manager to check my subscription status in a way that would not make a normal connection. The solution persited after a restart of my computer so my hopes are high that this solves the problem permanently.

  I'm curious to know if this could help someone else.

  My only suggestion is, if the smart folders "Recently set bookmark", "Most visited" and "Recent Tags" are concerning you or creates confusion for you, you can right-click on these files, individual items not in these three files, but the files themselves and choose Delete. Then you need more these 3 smart folders showing and that can end your confusion about the smart folders.

  I don't have any other suggestions or information for you, as it appears that you have either not well read or understand not smart folders that I posted earlier, or information we are not 'communicate '. If the post above and those which precede this post do not resolve your question, maybe someone on the forum can explain it in a way that you can understand.

Settings app may prevent 2 to be connected at the same time? If so could Microsoft please update their app. Any suggestions...

• Using two monitors - application continues to pass to the other monitor

  I use two monitors.  Whenever I press the '2' key (or key keyboard 10) program that I work moves to the second monitor.  If I press '1' he moves back to the monitor 1.  I don't want to move!  Sometimes when using Quickbooks, Word, Excel, but not Internet Explorer (?).   I don't know when this started and what happened to do - so I can't "Cancel."  Help, please! :)

  If you don't know the name of an application module, how can you find it?

  For example, if I have the name of jad file from another application, can I assume that the name of the application module is basename of the jad?  As in, a name of jad MyApp.jad would result in a module name to 'MyApp '?

  That was my assumption in a first time, and it of that he seems to be the case, most of the time, but not all.  In particular, if the jad's name:

  MyApp - 1.0.0.jad

  I found that the name of the actual module on a "BOLD" v4.6.167 running (and the 4.6.0 JDE the bold Simulator) is

  MyApp$ 2 d 1

  However, * on an another "BOLD" * (this a v4.6.0.162 running), the exact same application indicates a module name of

  $ 2 d $1 2e0 MyApp$ 2e0

  That's why I wonder if there is way to get more definitive an application module.  I scoured the API documentation and the solution isn't jumping home.

  Ah.  I can also see if I need to 'escape' my module names.  If this isn't the case, then I can watch an exact match in the list of module names.  If I have, it seems that I still need to look for something, "close enough" and hope for the best.

  When I scroll I find attribute I'm posting called PersonLastName. This attribute is under

  I have used with success that one category of luminaire for my application module root, and then in my test case files I can reference the application embedded this suff module.

  Example:

  The TestAMFixture.java file is where you describe the application module you want to use. This file and others, is what is generated when you let JDeveloper create your Business Component Test Suite (chosen from the New Gallery):

  In my test for the projectVO scenario file, I'm testing a required attribute in a display object, so I need to access the view object that is in a nested application module:

  fixture1 is a reference to the TestAMFixture class. getApplicationModule() is a method in this class that returns the application root module I set in the TestAMFixture constructor.   Since the activation of security in my ADF application, when I try to run or debug an Application Module I'm invited with a command of JAAS authentication prompt.
  
  I tried the OS identification information and qualifications of the DB without result. I'm always presented with the following error:
  
  (oracle.jbo.JboException) Houston-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.adf.share.security.ADFSecurityAuthenticationException, msg = javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: a user with the specified name does not exist.
  
  I tried to remove and reconfigure the ADF security, but the error persists. If I remove the ADF security I can run the AM again.
