  Changing the ppi to 300 to 72 has no effect on the quality of the file.

  I think you're talking about using the crop tool? If you're cropping with a size and resolution that involves interpolation of the image, the crop tool will use your preference for the Interpolation of the Image. By default, bicubic is automatic, which can easily result in a sharp file. Change your preference (in general) to bicubic and you shouldn't see any sharpening.

  OK, so I'm working on my friend's resume. She is a manager of social media and we want to add social media icons in its header.

  When I placed the images (300 DPI and 32px) image shows really small and is very pixelated. I'm trying to resize them and insert content on the framework for the picture is very distorted and unrecognizable. The image at 300 dpi real but the effective ppi is 101.

  Is there something I need to do in Photoshop before you place the image or a setting or something I am missing in InDesign?

  Icons like these should almost certainly be all vectors for printing, raster images. That said, if you have no other choice, open in photoshop, resize check resample image and use more neighbors for the method.

  I made a really great logo in Adobe Illustrator, earlier today and I wanted to share with my friends, but I didn't know how because none of them had any Illustrator. Then I remembered that I opened once a PNG file in Illustrator, so I tried to save it to a PNG image.

  I work hard not to do end of disparaging comments of the person sent you the files, but EMI image size and resolution cause more headaches with Photoshop users with anything other than the color management (which I have problems after 20 years with the PS)

  If the file is entirely raster, as in a file image with pixels as JPG, so don't think that in terms of pixels and work with the highest resolution can put at the disposal of the client and do not pixels.  To change the size, uncheck resampling in the image size dialog box, set the size to whatever units are working for you.  The CIO will change so the size to fill the available pixels.  If you need print it, then 300 dpi at the required size is considered to be optimal, but you can go much lower, depending on the size of the print quality and required.

  To tell the truth-Actions have as hard time saving file where you want to with the names you want. Lot can help because it can override save as ad defined stages the destination.  You never said what version of Photoshop you use.  IMO, you'd be better off forgetting about creating an action to create a droplet or using Photoshop batch.  What you try to do is better with Photoshop scripts.  In this case, failed to write the Script.  You should find script Image Processor Pro plug-ins and download it and to use the process you images.  You can customize simple action that you create. In fact, a different action can be used for each file that you want to copy. Script options allow you to control where the files are rolls to and has many options of naming. The Script can also resize your image to fit the size you need.  Each output process of file with a copy of your image.   I had Illustrator draw installed on my iPhone 6 for well over a month now and no can't operate the way it is supposed to work. According to Adobe, the designs, we create on Illustrator draw are supposed to convert into vectors on their own a time saved, or when you press "send to Illustrator. Once I have create a drawing with Illustrator draw and press 'Send to Illustrator' I will only wait a few moments for this Illustrator program opens on its own on my computer. Unfortunately, the drawing will not be opened because it is not compatible with Illustrator. Drawing is transported to Illustrator as a PNG file that is not supported. An error box will appear telling me this, and then efforts just stop there. It's really frustrating. It is not possible to change all the settings associated with this problem on the iPhone or on the desktop. At least not my investigation. Also, I can not find the folder libraries showing in one of their video tutorials Adobe Illustrator. I see a few different types of folders in the library, but none for the selection of the designs I've done on Illustrator to draw.

  I do not understand how, according to this video: working with Adobe form & Adobe Illustrator draw - YouTube , it works perfectly with the iPad. Is - it really exclusively for the iPad? Maybe there is some software/programming issues by making a version for the iPhone? I do not know.. All I know is that it doesn't work and it's frustrating.

  If I can sum this up, I think it will make things easier for you until you are comfortable with the basics of imaging digital.

  You have a file to 4288px x 2848px, but the resolution is reported to 92 DPI. The printer wants to 300ppi.

  Maybe you don't want to get into a debate with him and you want to just work accomplished.

  You turn off resampling, change 92 to 300 and save. Your pixels are intact and not vitiated.

  If you want 300 dpi, clear, clean, no matter what size you need to keep your layered PSD file where you have your logo in forms and layers of text with layer styles. When you have that you can use the size of the image to create any image size you want and you save a png file.  The logo is quite simple to create with the shape tools, text tools, and the layer styles. http://www.mouseprints.NET/old/DPR/LVCLDecal.PSD make an 8 "300 dpi PNG all you need to do is check resample and constrain the set 8" wide and 300 DPI in the Image Size dialog box. and you get this:
