• Impossible to install the first Pro 2014 CC on my MacPro

  I tried to install the first Pro 2014 CC on my MacPro, but still, it stops at 42% and asks me to close PhotoshopServer.

  The first time that this has happened, I open the activity monitor, found this process and it ended with a Quit/force quit.

  It seems that after reinstalling, Premiere Pro no has not been updated to the latest version. Check your application creative cloud for updates. If she says Premiere Pro is up to date, try to update Premiere Pro through help > updates... option in Premiere Pro.

  I imported an MP3 in Flash Professional CC (using the action script 3.0), in the scene. I left enough empty frames for audio to run.   Having improved first Pro CS 6-CC 2014 (v8.0 / 2014.0.1), I find myself unable to import media to Canon XF or XDCAM format.

  When you navigate to these folders from media, the Prime Minister refuses to import these files into the timeline. When you select a video file, first get a message "Format file not supported".

  I tried two ways to install Premiere Pro:

  -Via the single installer downloaded from the Adobe site.

  -With Adobe Creative cloud conditioner.

  OK, finally, we found the solution:

  We have two different serial numbers for our Creative Cloud ENT licenses, one of them is labeled EDFUL No. 15, the other V15.

  It seems that installation using the N15 series allows to launch the first, but does not activate the XDCAM and Canon FX video codecs.

  When installing with the V15 serial, the codecs are enabled.

  Now, it would be interesting to know more precisely what products are covered by serial number (we found no specific information in the dashboard licensing.adobe.com).

  I have version 7.2.2 (33) on my mac at the moment. I ran the update yesterday and today looking for first CC 2014, but it does not show. There were a number of other updates that I downloaded but the first is still on 7.2.2 (33).

  Basically whats happening is my windows media player added basically never picture, song and video I have of EACH SINGLE FOLDER on my laptop, and I mean every file. even files with about 1000 mp3 files each inside, when there long about 1 second. It's ridiculous and now my laptop has become very slow, I can't keep open media player for as long as it keeps crashing added and updated files per second, now I can't even listen to my XBOX it became so lag.

• The first CC 2014 keyboard settings not be loading not in first CC 2015

  I've upgraded to 2015 CC on a retina iMac running 10.10.3 and I can't get my keyboard settings to show up first.  When I installed, I unchecked both uninstall old items and import parameters, thinking that it was better to clean install and I would be able important my settings without problem.  Since the installation, I tried the sync settings in a new and copy the .kys file to Pro/9.0/Profile-CreativeCloud-Documents/Adobe/Premiere (which is where he lives for 2015 CC) and no luck. 

  had the same problem. I copied all the files in this folder to 8.0 and put them in 9.0 (after deleting files in 9.0 first) it worked!

  I posted this question because the Adobe support had control of my computer for the last three days trying to solve this problem, without success.  The last support helper Chorfa, had me remove QuickTime and re install which solves the problem.  Maybe this post can help someone else as well.

  In fact, I just tried something that was suggested in another thread that seems to have worked.

  I went to https://creative.adobe.com/appsettings and erased my settings.

  Then I opened CC 7.x and Uploaded my settings for this account.

  Then I open CC 8.x and downloaded my settings for that account.

  Seems to have worked for KB shortcuts, and workspaces as well
