  genkey generates a self-signed certificate. If you want to send to a CA for signature, then you will need to use certreq option instead. You can use an existing key file if you wish.

  My problem is that even if I do not make any changes to data in the form and go to another tab. the alert message always appears, and by the way, I have an element of list manager on my form and it gets highlighted. So, even if I make the changes or do not change; still, the alert message is displayed and highlights the element of list manager. I think maybe the problem is to have a crèche in the form list item.   I have connected to the workspace you and added a replacement JS file that corrects this error.

  If please, give it a whirl and let me know if you find other problems with it.

  I don't think you can do this with the APEX listener in stand-alone mode. If you deploy it in a JEE container "full share", you can add a filter to set this header, but all I know he is not a party of the default options of the auditor of the APEX (yet). At least, it is not documented.

  If the development of the basic concept is APEX 4.0 - then you can install XE on a machine under 32-bit windows (can be a Virtual Machine - should be sufficient for the proof of concept) and then update the APEX (2.1) on XE to 4.0. It is perhaps the fastest way to begin to develop/test with APEX 4.0

For this I have to activate the SSL for the SOA server that is managed by the administration WLS server. According to my knowledge the WLS comes with demoidentity and demotrust keystore. If I need configure SSL for server SOA do I need to create a new keystore and CA, s, or I can use keystore demo.
  
  Now, in case I need to create a new keystore that can I do the same thing using keytool utility. Also, is it possible to do this using keytool utility? If Yes, please provide me with some links on how to do the same.

  You can use the keystore Demo dev purposes, but it is NOT recommended to use demo keystore for use in production.
