Endless Log-In Error: Panel InDesign Folio Builder

I've updated my folio tools/panels 1.1.9.0 and then accidentally entered the wrong username and password in the Panel of InDesign Folio Builder when I went to log back in. (the username and password have been an account of DPS Professional Edition that we suspended with Adobe in order to avoid billing during the test.)

The inDesign Panel cycles comes constantly now. Don't give me the opportunity to re-enter the correct information. I closed/re-opened the Panel, removed / reinstalled the Panel & tools and I have deleted my inDesign preferences, but each time from the launch of the application of the Panel builder folio cycles just as seen below. I'm stuck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try to connect on the CS Live widget in the top right corner of InDesign, close the Folio Builder Control Panel and try again.

  • Password-Limitation in InDesign Folio Builder

    Hello

I created a user DPS that has a password to 13 (a is allowed to create when you set up the account). I have already created a viewer and submittet to the iTunes store that uses this account application. The Viewer application is already under review and also will show and sell the first folios in the next hours.

The problem is: if I want to open a session with the user through CS6 Folio Builder, I'm limited to 6-12 characters by desktop software.

    16-11-2012 13-27-57.jpg

    What I did:

    -changed the password

-done all the work to InDesign

    -changed to improve enforcement works

    = > success!

But for new actions, how do I overcome this in a reasonable way?

    NON-Options:

-change the app with new password and wait 7 days for review

    Bad-Options I already knew:

-Create Folios online using the right user, others via InDesign, then Crosslink Articles in folios

-wait for the App to be ready and sales, send a new application with new password, change password shortly before the review and approval as soon as approved work, meanwhile: no download

Well, let's say it this way: why the hell InDesign Folio Builder limit me? Is there a workaround to this level?

    see you soon

You are absolutely sure that change the password of the account means that your application does not see folios? I've never seen this and if this is the case, it's a bug.

As I said before... the password is not contained within the app. change the password for the account should have no impact on whether the application can display the content. Please contact technical support and they should be able to help with this problem.

  • InDesign folio builder software update required

I recently downloaded the English version of InDesign to Adobe Creative cloud. I created an article. I opened the folio Builder. The software update required popped up. I've updated the software required. When I tried to use the folio subsequently generator, the same message of the icon appears. What can I do to solve the problem?

You need to update your software. Download the latest version of http://help.adobe.com/en_US/digitalpubsuite/using/WS67cb9e293e2f1f60-21ba9a4512e5e5e0b8d-7 ffe.html.

  • CS5 Folio Builder Panel Update - missing Panel

I've just updated the Panel Builder Folio for CS5 on Mac to the latest version (January 26, 2012) and when I run InDesign, Folio Builder Panel is gone. In addition, CSLive Panel gives me a message "internal error." I installed the updates on my PC for CS 5.5 and everything seems to work. However, I need to work in CS5 for this project. Is this a known issue? How to remedy the situation? In which case it is important, I've also updated producer Folio tools (January 17, 2012), as well.

So, I ended up finding all ironed out, though it took a few hours of trying different things. Essentially, the Folio Builder Panel was installed, but Indesign did not see it. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Indesign, but which does not remove the Panel Builder Folio and has not "updated" it becomes visible.

In the end, I had to go through the app records and manually uninstall the extension. After the relocation, the Panel stood. However, a new problem appeared. InDesign has tried to connect to my account but just turn and nothing happening. I could not cancel the in attempt to "sign". Finally, this has been resolved by opening the key ring and removing the entry of Adobe there allowed me to retype my credentials.

Phew. Thank God, it's on. (until the next update, that is).

If all goes well, this can save others some time that can run in this. Looks like it was a little lucky.

  • Folio Builder Panel: error #3115

can someone provide more details what means this error?

    Bildschirmfoto 2012-03-13 um 14.00.55.png

After, it appears that I have to start the Panel Builder Folio.

After that: spinning wheel on "loading Folios.

The error message dialogue helps not at all.

The new tools installed, uninstalled them already, authorized indesing prefs, settled again in the following order (as always): producer, then Folio Builder Control Panel tools.

From another thread, it seems that you have a workaround to remove the cache folder. The error means there is problem of access to the database offline in the cache. If you have installed pre-release bits on this computer and used CS6 pre-release Panel Folio Builder generates then it is likely that pre-release build was incompatible with the Release version which should. However, if you have always been on version CS5.5 builds then it is probably a bug in the Panel. Unfortunately we have not been able to reproduce the problem in-house. If you encounter the same problem again, I'd appreciate it if you can me ping [email protected]. It will help if we can make some simple diagnose in this error state. Thank you!

  • Folio Builder missing in InDesign CC Panel

I installed InDesign via Cloud Creative, and when I go to the folio Builder, no dialog box is displayed. I was looking for the presence of the DPSGraphics of the plugin 'digital edition' plugin and it cannot be found. Do I have to run the updater DPS tool?

Using InDesign CS6? If so, install our tools from the link provided by Cozmicone. If you use InDesign CC pre-release, so thanks for posting on the forums of pre-release for assistance.

  • Folios not appearing is not in Folio Builder Panel

I logged in the Folio Builder Panel in InDesign that I use for my business, and rather than see my Folios I see the message below. I am still able to connect to the Digital Publishing Suite Dashboard online and you can see my Folios. Any ideas of why they are not appearing in the Folio Builder Panel?

    I use CS6.

Looks like that necessary CS6 and update - I have updated and now I see my Folios.

  • Cannot connect in Folio Builder in InDesign

    Hello

I'm unable to log in the Folio Builder Panel in InDesign. I'm on CS6 and I all relevant updates. I leave InDesign and restarted my computer. I can log into the dashboard online and all I know is not a problem with my login information.

I click on the link 'connect', the distinctive sign of Adobe in the window appears, I put my information and it goes. I head back to InDesign and all that is in there is the text "connect" again.

    Someone at - it suggestions?

I was able to connect earlier. I don't know what the problem was, mostly because it set back a day's work, but I guess that's just the way it goes sometimes

    Hello
I'm working on a presentation of the Tablet and everytime I try to log in my folio Builder I get this message:

«An error has occurred trying to connect to the Panel Folio Builder.»

I tried to login several times today, but I get the same message. It was working fine last week. Is anyone else getting this same message? Is there something wrong with the servers of Adobe at the moment?

Try to connect to https://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com and see if you are prompted for a terms of use. Then try again.

If this does not work, see this paper:
