  Open the HP software and select scan a Document or Photo.

  Select the PDF option.

  Be sure to check the preview Scan and set the resolution to 300 DPI or below.

  Click Scan and use the pages add to scan additional pages.

  Once completed the analysis, click Save.

• single side printing on Photosmart 6525

  I have a current imac, running 10.0 system. I use the word processing software Word 11.0.

  Before upgrading to the latest softwar system and buying this printer (that I made the same time), the print dialog box that came in Word 11 offered a choice between a front and double-sided printing.

  Since the upgrade and the printer purchase, this choice still appears when you print from other applications, but does not when printing Word 11.

  So I need to issue a command to print a separate page for each page I want to print one side only, which is everytning.

  How to front and double-sided printing in these circumstances?  Should not be a choice whenever I want to print?

  Please follow the steps below to disable two-sided printing

  On the file menu, select print. The print window is displayed.
  NOTE: The print window might be minimized. Click the blue triangle next to the printer name to see all available parameters.

  Click on the Copies of the Pages & drop-down list in the dialog box print from MS Word.

  Select layout from the drop-down.

  Set the duplex as Off.

  You can save the settings for later use by clicking preset > save current settings as preset. By default, a used preset will remain until another preset will be used.

I saw on some random blog that it cannot be compatible with a Mac, but the system requirements in the box say a 10.7 Mac is ok. I have 10.7.5. How can I get this efax to work?   First of all make sure to install the latest version of the software below:

  Here is a link to the user manual. To get the possibility to enlarge the copies, press this option on the display of the printer, then tap SETTINGS and then select resize, use the right arrow key to scroll through the sizing options on the printer. Changing the settings of copy is covered on page 59 and 60 in the manual. I hope this helps.

  I have already added my new printer Photosmart 7525 to my home network.  It is installed via USB with the complete HP 7525 software (downloaded from HP) on my HP desktop computer that is running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and I shared the printer on the desktop.  I want to access the printer even my laptop which is connected to my network via a router wireless (N).  The laptop is running Windows 7 Home premium 32 bit.  On the laptop under Windows, when I click to "add a network printer", it "sees" the printer 7525 shared desktop, and she also 'sees' 2 iterations of the 7525 which are connected to the network (I used the control panel of the printer to add the 7525 to wireless connection before never hang on the printer to any PC).    Under Windows, when I click on 'Add' my printer to the laptop, it pops up a window asking me to choose my printer model in the list of printers HP listed in the menu drop-down (it is looking to add the printer driver, I think).  My Photosmart 7525 is not in the list.  Photosmart 7500 series of printers is not also listed - even when I refresh the list of printers Windows drop-down list by using the Windows Update option.  So, what should I do - download and install the Photosmart full 7525 software and then add the 7525?

  It is easier, more likely to work, to install the software of feature complete on each computer you want to use this printer.  I think you can use the printer with the USB cable connected to a printer and the Wi - Fi connection for other systems on your network home.

  The exception: CE devices don't use FFS - instead, you can use the mobile application for printing.
