  • Setting the font size for the fashion code

On my desktop 19 '' monitor the size of the text in code view is fairly easy to read, but on my hi resolution 17 "laptop is really, really tiny. I can't find any setting pref or another way to enlarge the font for code view. Is there a framework also somewhere? (Yes, I can change the settings of resolution for the laptop but it is not preferable, because the screen is blurry at anything other than the native 1920 x 1200 pixel.) Thank you.

Play with the preferences above to see what works for you.  I changed mine recently to use Consalas fonts and it's much better than the default :-)

  • Edge - change the font size in the menu code?

This was a bit annoying when you try to work on my animated projects of edge. As I use an old 4:3 as my monitor report - I don't have a lot of space on my desk. Every time I want to insert or change the code in the edge, the menu code gets practically my whole screen.

As you can see it the police is still great even when it's on the font size of the "small". Is there anywhere to change this, or what I have to go digging in the edge files manually?

  • enlarge the font of incoming emails and my e-mail folders

I have problems to see the tiny print on my email folders and incoming e-mails due to macular degeneration. I can't find info how to fix the font size. I did once but Microsoft just fix my computer and it is small.

In Firefox, the zoom feature is probably your best bet. You can zoom the content of a site using one of these approaches:

    • In the menu '3-bar', the button to the right of the current percentage of zoom to enlarge (click - to shrink).
    • CTRL + using a key on the keyboard to enlarge (Ctrl - to reduce) +.
    • The Ctrl key while the mouse wheel scrollin

In General, the default zoom level for the toolbar of the browser area and all sites relies on your Windows text size setting. If your Windows text size setting has been reduced, which could explain the problems in Firefox. Microsoft has an article for help with setting that here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/get-best-display-monitor

If you want to enlarge BOTH the user interface AND the content of the page even more than your size setting text of Windows, we can help you with the configuration for this change.

If you want to only expand one of those, there are various Add-ons for each.

  • «"You want to enlarge the fonts in the drop-down menus, especially for" view all bookmarksbookmarks»

The fonts are really small in the bookmark drop down menus.

There is a Firefox extension that allows you to enlarge the fonts in the menu and toolbar. You could give this a try and see if it works for bookmarks, too:

    https://addons.Mozilla.org/firefox/addon/theme-font-size-changer/

Its button usually appears towards the end of the main toolbar once you install it. Once you have finished defining the desired font size, you can take the bar button using the personalization feature. See: Customize Firefox commands, buttons, and toolbars.

  • Adjust the font size

The police in the 'superior' Panel is quite small. When I try to use Ctrl + the display in the preview pane is set high, however the font size in the top panel is not affected. How to adjust the disply size or the font size in the top panel?
    14.04 Ubuntu 64 bit
    HP Intel core CPU Ghz 960 @3.2 7 x 8
    Gallium.4 on AMD CAICOS
    12 GB memory
    Thunderbird 24.4.0

You're right, the zoom works only on the message itself.

You can adjust the other sizes using the extension of theme font & size changer. I have attached a screenshot showing how it can enlarge everything other than the screen message. Unfortunately, it doesn't give precise control over the sizes of the different areas. Maybe there is a better solution, but I hope this will you tide over for now.

To install, use the 3-bar menu button > Add - ons, in the left column click on get add-ons, then search for the font size and install the extension.

After Thunderbird restarts, its icon should appear in the lower right corner on the status bar. From here, you can choose a different size.

    A little luck?

  • FONT SIZE: for the last 8 days the font size will increase from 100% to 75%.

For the last 8 days the font size will increase from 100% to 75%. This happens automatically. I am not able to change the font size to 100% the normal way. On the desktop, I right click and try to enlarge the icons without result. In Explorer I go down to the bottom right to change the zoom level and try to change the font, nothing helps. The only way I can do it is through the system restore. Can anyone help? Dogscout

Changed the dpi that did not work. Police accounted for 70% this morning. I had to use the system again restore.

    Suggestions...
1 make a check of the file system.
Start button > Search box type cmd > look up, do a RIGHT click oncmd.exe > click onRun As Administrator > in this window cmd black and white, type at the prompt flashing sfc/scannow > press the ENTER key.
    Note : there is a space between 'sfc' and ' / '.
To sit and wait. It will take time.
When finished, exit the cmd window.
    Reboot (restart your computer)

    2. If the above does not solve the problem. Do a check disk.
Start button > Search box, type cmd > look up, right-click on cmd.exe > Run As Administrator > in the black and white window, at the command prompt flashes, type chkdsk/f/r > press the Enter key.
    Note : there is a space between 'chkdsk' and ' / '.
The screen will say something like cannot do it now, but you want to run it on reboot. Click on 'y' as in Yes > press > window cmd of output.
Restart your computer. Check disk starts after reboot. It will take a while. DO NOT stop the machine. Just wait.

  • The font size is too small in the email received

When I receive email using Windows Live Mail, the size of the font of the text is too small, and I can't read them. I was able to select the size of the police "The greatest." However, I still don't see any difference in an email of some, like the email receipt from PayPal.

When I was using old Outlook Express in Windows XP, I don't have this kind of problem.

Could you please let me know how to enlarge the size of the font of the received email?

    I use Windows 7 (64).

    Thank you.

    Hi Adam,.

    Thanks for your suggestion.

But I had no more time to play with this problem and decided to use Zimbra Desktop.

Zimbra works very well. I can see very clearly the HTML messages and can print with the font size, I want, just like Outlook Express.

    Thanks in any case.

  • How to enlarge the font on my emails?

In the past, there is a dropdown list font size where I could enlarge the text.  What happened to him? How can I enlarge the font?

    Hello margin,

As I said in my last post it totally depends on the e-mail program you use. FossaMail and Thunderbird under Tools | menu options there is a tab of composition which allows you to set email of positions as large as you want. If your concern is received in emails that the menu option has a simple box check box, which allows you to require e-mail (and websites if you want) to use the fonts, sizes and colors you specify.

    Kind regards

  • the font size does not work

    Hi guys,.

    I am new to waterfalls.

I'm changing the font size of text by typing the codes directly and qml properties, but none of them works.

    Here is the code:

    {Label
    text: 'Hello '.
    textStyle.fontSizeValue: 60.0

    }

I use OS x lion mountain to the code, I am worried if this is the problem.

    Label {
text: "60 point font, it's large"
        textStyle.fontSize: FontSize.PointValue
        textStyle.fontSizeValue: 60
    }
