  I recently got a new laptop from my place of work. I installed Firefox 10.0.2 and started to install the usual addons/plugins (adblock, read it later, flash etc..).

  I bought my computer laptop last January 2014 to JB HiFi, I already noticed that the keyboard flexes, but they told me that it is normal and the keys work well anyway.

  I came here hoping that someone might be able to help.

  Suddenly, some time ago my keyboard started to behave a bit strange.   So the case is clear: your internal keyboard is faulty and you need a new. As you wrote, if an external keyboard is working properly, it s not related to the operating system.

  In my opinion, you should contact the closest service provider authorized in your country. These guys you can get a new keyboard and they can trade for you. If your laptop is under warranty, the repair is free and if not, the keyboard isn't so expensive.
