Envy 15-j112tx: No. drivers for my laptop

Hi there everyone,

I recently updated my laptop to Windows Pro 8.1 8.1. But before even that I have updated I went on HP support site

to see if I could get some drivers to make it easier after the upgrade, but the site says "we have to find the drivers for your product. I read in another post on the forum, that the site could have some problems, but I noticed that was back in May.

Also, what is strange, is the site prompted me to install a tool from HP support to download drivers when I did still found no, but later I am back to the same page and clicked on a new button appearing called "Solutions" and it listed about 8 drivers. So I don't know what is happening with the site, I have some sorted drivers but I still need a couple, as the HP software Simple to use my fingerprint reader and display drivers.

If anyone has any suggestions? Or how can I browse the FTP site, because when I finally tried it seemed that I had to be a member of the staff of HP to access these files.

See you soon,.

Hello:

Unfortunately, the support pages do not work for most new PC HP.

It has been like this for about a day now.

Since I'm not employed by nor do I represent HP, I do not know when they will have pages working again.

Come back again later.

I know that the problem has been reported, but I don't know how long it will take to fix.

With the Independence Day holiday in the USA weekend, I wouldn't wait it to be taken care of immediately.
