ENVY of HP dv7: Windows 8 product Code

I was trying to install the upgrade of Microsoft Windows 10 and he keeps asking Product Code Windows 8 (key). I bought the new laptop two years but I don't know that I got a product key for the Windows operating system. I also looked in the documentation and on the unity of a label containing the number with no luck.

No idea where it is and how I can get it to complete 10 Windows updated?

It's actually part of the BIOS and there is no key printed on the machine, or in the package Code. However, programs such as Belarc:

https://www.YouTube.com/watch?v=1kJJRqG2vj8

Can extract the Code and post it on you. I will say that I did a few upgrades from 8.1 to 10 and do not need the Code key Windows 8. Try to use the tool of creation of media Windows 10:

http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-10/media-creation-tool-install

As long as you are upgraded to an activated installation of Windows 7 or more it should work. Had you improved 8 to 8.1 or the computer come with 8.1?

Sorry, this is version 4 or earlier than the creative cloud.

Adobe used to allow a single platform exchange for a same license, but it's only for the current version at the time of the Exchange. When CS6 came out back in 2012, CS5 fell from the swap of platform availability list. Who could actually, fell off the list by year or earlier with the output of the CS5.5 as a stand-alone version.

You can install Windows on your Mac and run it from there, but I heard some problems late in the program when you do it in analogies.

Ok. Sorry to hear that you did not have serial or usb disk recovery recovery media.

This means that, unfortunately, in your case, than to buy a set of HP or send to drive hard reimage is your less expensive options.

It would be wise to buy a set of recovery disks or to ask if an instant multimedia usb HP rcovery disc is available for your laptop.  At least this way, you would be not dependent on any other repair of your PC. You could do it yourself after reading a tutorial or watch a video on using the recovery media.

Since then, I try to activate the webcam and it doesn't work. I wanted to video chat on Skype but the webcam was not enabled, there is no choice of webcam.

I've read that if you go on Facebook and click 'Change your profile picture' and then 'take a picture' it activates the webcam, but not in my case.

If the webcam was working before, it may be "stuck".  If this is the case, then a reset can throw everything is free and you'll be "back in business" in a few minutes.  If the reset does not fix it, there are a few more options.  Stop when it works.

Can someone tell me how to recover or get product code?
    Thank you, Beverley

    Hello

It is rare you rec had a drive to purchase.

Toshiba uses a recovery Partition to reinstall Vista from.

You press 0 (zero) on startup with a Toshiba to start the recovery process back to the factory settings (how you bought).

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

Here's how to do a clean install of Vista using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft:

"How to do a clean install and configure with a full Version of Vista '

    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-Vista.html

And once the operating system is installed, go to your computer manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers for your particular model or laptop computer.

And phone Activation may be necessary when you use the above installation method.

    Hello

If Vista is preinstalled contact the Manufacter computer and ask them to send recovery discs; what they should do for a small fee.

And ask them if you have a recovery partition on your hard drive to reinstall the operating system to how it was when new.

If you have not deleted this partition (you tell how wipe you the hard drive!) you press F10 or F11, etc at startup to start the process of relocation.

Ask the manufacturer for their combination of button to do this, if it is always an option for you.
