  I have a HP Photosmart C4780 connected via WiFi to my network, but unfortunately it is not supported by AirPrint on iDevices.

  So, I was working with HP ePrint home & Biz iOS app (version 4.1), which has been very useful to me because he found the printer and allowed me to print from my iPad/iPhone.

  Today I have updated the app on my iPhone to version 5 (now simply called 'HP ePrint' in the App Store) and after the update, the new version is not my Photosmart C4780. I did the Activation thing on the iPhone, as it has been asked to refresh the list of printer on my network in the all tab, but after refresh no printer is found.

  Still I have the old 4.1 on my iPad (and if everything goes well in my iTunes library) and is the printer, I guess, through MSDN because it shows the name specified for this parameter.

  So, the question is: have you abandoned support of Photosmart C4780 under version 5.0 HP ePrint iOS app? If so, why did ' t you this properly informed about the application up-to-date descriptive text in the App Store? A message like "some printers are not supported over ' would be helpul.

  If HP ePrint should find the Photosmart C4700 series printers and it is a question, how to proceed from here?

  Thanks for your update.

  I tried restart before (I found this same "action plan" in another thread), but it didn't work, so I removed the app. Later with the 5.0.2 update I installed again the HP ePrint back once again and it worked. However sometimes when I open the app the point in the remains of the gray label and never turns green.

  Now that you mentioned the reboot, I rebooted my iPhone and my C4780 shows the green dot. But I don't know if that'll keep green whenever I need. I will continue to check and see.

  What makes me confident on the app update 5.x, it is that this kind of hassle should never with old HP ePrint home & version Biz (4.x), I keep in my iPad.

  I will continue to work with both versions of the app on my iPhone (5.x) and iPad (4.x) and see how it goes. I really hope that last updated works better, as 5.x is a nice update.

  The option is always there. You should press and hold on the image a little longer and then when the backup or copy of the window opens, save the Image is on the bottom row, but you may have to slide to the left to reveal. • IOS app showing "disconnected" after update to IOS 9.3.2

  Well, it seems that I can access is no longer my actions on my iPhone after updating to IOS 9.3.2,and the app shows my NAS as 'Online', but the actions all show "disconnected." If I'm on WIFI it connects fine and shows "connected (LAN)" cell data are enabled for the application and the NAS server is online, just won't access actions while on cell phone. I guess this is a new problem and we have to wait for an update of the app? Sucks that I have to be on WIFI to access my actions to my phone. Desktop application works very well. Someone at - he found a work around for this?

  I was finally able to fix it by going into the tab 'Cloud' on the NAS by clicking on the button "Exit" to cancel my account, signing of the computer desktop and the IOS app, then go to http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/index.html#page=discoverdevices to register a new account with a different email address, even used the same password. Then come back to the NAS to turn on and connect to the cloud and finally sign with the new account on the IOS app. It worked and I can now access all my actions on IOS other networks.   Anyone know what if by dragging the slider does not work? The mouse pointer and mouse icon actually change everything by pressing the cursor, it seems so recoginzes app, but it does not work (well, a finder window, for example, will move to 2 pixels, but that's all).

  PocketCloud App is the 3.0.126, version I am connected manually to a Mac with OS X via VNC 10.9.4 (in my own WiFi), iOS is updated. I did use the application in a while, but I can't drag worked without problem about half a year ago.

  I just installed HP ePrint mobile app on my iPhone 4S and my iPad retina. However, when I go in the application, when the main screen is displayed ('Photos'-'cloud'-'Web'-'Email'), when I type 'Photos', on every device it says: 'Photos (0)' - that is, I guess the app think I have 'zero photos' on both devices, which is obviously not true. Other details: (1) I have a Photosmart 7510 on my home wireless network; (2) I am able to print OK for the 7510 using Apple "AirPrint" - no problem; (3) I can also print using a device (iPhone or iPad) using the HP app 'PrinterControl '. So, how HP ePrint mobile app can not 'see' my photos on my iPhone or iPad (especially now that they can 'see' these pictures when you use the HP app "PrinterControl"). Thank you in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this situation.

  The problem is related to the privacy settings on ios 6. To solve this, go to settings on your device and you should see a section of privacy. From there go to photos and turn on the eprint application. It should work to allow you to see the pictures.

  First, find out if it's a problem of hydration.

  I just thought about it - you must maintain the App "slightly" and then move the icons, and you can press the 'x' to remove the application.   Tactile 3D power off will solve the problem. You can also try setting the sensitivity of touch 3D cabinet so that there is a major difference between a light and press tap.
