Eprint is adjustable by ACTIVE default

Photosmart printer 75510 under XP. EFax is always available, but requires eprint to activate everything first. Must eprint be activated whenever I turn on the printer? It is adjustable on IT by default? Thank you.

It seems that you may be having problems with your 7515 stay connected with Web Services.  You can remedy this by assigning a static IP address and by changing some DNS settings:

1. press on the "wireless" icon on the front panel of your printer. Make a note of the IP address.

2. open a web browser on your PC and in the address bar, erase everything and type the IP address, address of the printer and press the Enter key. This will open the EWS (built-in web server) for the printer.

3. click on the 'Network' tab at the top of the page.

4. on the left side of the page slot, click on 'Network' Wireless (802.11), and then click "Network Address (IP)."

5. change the selection of IP from automatic to manual and then click on the button 'suggest a manual IP Address. Take note of what is the new IP address, you'll need to step 8.

6. these fields can be found, you will see fields for the DNS settings. You will need to complete those as follows:

Manual preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8

Auxiliary manual DNS server: 8.8.4.4

7. click on the apply"" button. Once completed this treatment you will see a warning message that says that you could lose the connection, and a message that says: click on the 'OK' button to go back. Do not click OK, simply close the page button.

8. now open up a new browser window and enter the IP address that you noted in step 5 in the address bar and press ENTER. If we open the EWS printer page settings have been successfully taken. Now, you can close this browser page.

9 power cycle the printer by turning it off, unplug the power cord at the back of the printer, wait 30 seconds, plug the printer back in and turn it on.

10. make sure that ePrint is on.  It must remain activated after that.

  • OfficeJet Pro 8600: OfficeJet Pro ePrint 8600 - cannot select paper tray - HP needs to fix this problem

    This is a limitation of the software that HP needs to fix. I bought this machine multifunction largely for two features, ePrint, and two bins to paper. I had released two paper because I often need to print on paper thick and does not want to manually load the cards into the printer whenever I don't want to print on thicker paper. Unfortunately tray 2 is not compatible with card stock so I keep copy regular paper in tray 2 (tray 2 is defined as the default tray) and I keep card stock in Tray 1, which is compatible with cards. The problem and the limitation is when I am traveling and want to use ePrint. Even if my default tray on the printer is 2, which is where the paper is, if I use ePrint to print, HP ePrint by default tray 1, which means that I print on thick paper. This isn't only a problem when you travel. One of the advantages of the ePrint, in theory, is I can print on my desktop at home via ePrint printer when connected to my VPN employers. I've had this machine for two years. It seems that HP would have an update now to solve this problem. So far, nothing. Frustrating!

    Hello @HudsonOH,

    Thanks for posting in the forums of HP and welcome.

    I understand that you are not able to choose your paper tray of your HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium e-all-in-one using ePrint. I would like to help with this, as much as I can.

    Unfortunately, when you simply send an e-mail to the printer, you cannot change the print settings, because it uses the default settings on the ePrint server.

    However, if you have an Android or iOS device, you can download the HP ePrint app. This allows you to add the printer by ePrint e-mail address and send print jobs when you are not with the computer (need you an active wifi or data connection, however). The application also allows to select print settings if you can ensure that you don't waste card stock paper you loaded in the machine.

    To download the app on iOS, simply open the app store and type 'HP ePrint' in the search bar.

    To download the app on Android, you can open the store game (or game of Google) and search for "HP ePrint.

    Once you have installed the application, you can add your printer via his email ePrint:

    1. open the ePrint application and select OK on the demo screens.

    2. Once you reach the home screen, it will show your printer name, or not find printers (depending on whether you are at home with your printer, or on the go). Select this check box.

    3. you will see a tab at the top that says all, select it.

    4. press on the + symbol to add a printer.

    5. Enter your ePrint e-mail address and select Add.

    To print using the application, return to the home screen and select an item to print one of the options listed. Note: If you are on iOS, you can even add your e-mail information in the application so that you can print emails.

    In addition, you can sign up here for updates on the new firmware and software for your printer, in which case no alternative workaround should arise: stay connected with updates from HP

    I hope this helps!

  • Legal issue of XP Pro activation

    I'm having a problem with XP activation: activation continues to tell me my product key is not valid, but microsoft says that it is valid. I got a new PC built to replace my old pc. Installed and activated Windows XP successfully in February or March... due to call to activate, but it worked. I caught a virus and had to reformat my hard drive. Now I'm trying to activate it everytime told me 'this product key is not permitted. Activation cannot be completed both entered a valid product key. The 25-digit product code must be located at the back of the Windows XP CD... "that is exactly where I get the code. I called six times telephone activation: first call to customer service tells me that it is a valid product key and I should go to the web address (then cut), second call to the 'invalid product key' customer service please go to the Webhttp://tinyurl.com/2vkfhg7 that tells me that I need to activate Windows (no ____), third call to the client code "invalid product" service 800-936-5700. So I call the 800 number gve, them my product key that they prove VALID, which means that I'm having a technical problem (really) and I can try to fix it myself for free or pay at least $59 dollars for tech support (pretty sweet) explaining that XP is more a product of primary support (but we will always give users a rough on its use).

    Your problem is that you have installed with a detail of the disc - and try to activate using an OEM key. its simply won't work.
    You must either use the key supplied with the disc retail, or reinstall using the correct recovery disks or OEM media provided with the machine.

    Hello

    You want to activate the file on the content server management feature? If so, then proceed as follows:

    1. disable this component

    2 from the Administration - configure folder settings - set the level of the adapter (if you want to connect to another server URM) or independent (for RM enabled on the same server)

    3 submit

    4 restart the server and test it.

    Thank you

  • Can not activate changes after activation HTTP Tunneling

    Hi Techies,

    I'm stuck with OOM while activating the changes after activate us HTTP Tunneling on our PROD environment. using the administration console. Tried to do through WLST aswell but without success. It worked fine on UAT. I wonder why it is not on the PROD. I copy the stack for your reference. Any suggestions on this?

    If the OOM error occurs when you deploy for the first time, so we cannot really do much here rather than the two options below:
    1. If it's a great app, then split the application into multiple parts if this is possible, if the application has several modules.
    2 increase the bunch of 1.7 GB and hope that the slight increase will solve the problem.

    If the error occurs after several OOM earthwards, there is a possibility that you hit a bug.
    There are a few bugs of redeployment in WLS10.0. You can request a fix via a request for service support (SR)
    Once again remember that these are bugs related to redeployment only.

  • selection of tray accessory ePrint

    Hi, I've seen similar issues, but they do not contain the answer I need.

    I started using on my new HP OfficeJet Pro X576DW and X476DW printers ePrint (excellent by the way).

    And the message prints from my default tray, all attachments always use tray 1. I understand that this bin should be reserved for the photo paper and that's why the default printer this tray when printing images attachments, but I specificially configured printers to have heavy paper and ordinary stores 1 and 2 paper in tray 3. I do not have, nor do I intend to purchase photo paper. Nevertheless, he insists on always printing from Tray 1.

    I don't want to disable Tray 1 because I use for printing of labels, but can't see for the life of me how I can stop using Tray 1 for ePrint attachments.

    I hope someone is able to help.

    Thank you.

    I'm sorry but I do not think that you will be able to control that through your ePrint services. Preferences to default status assigned bar made with the various models of printers regardless of personal settings. This is because these parameters are set using the printer on your computer and which is not relayed to the HP ePrint servers. You must keep in mind how ePrint and the limitations of the service during its use. In the future, this feature may be available, but at this time HP has not published information or plans for its implementation.

    I hope this information is useful for you!

  • End-Host Mode - default zoning - 2.1 update

    Hello

    We intend to upgrade vom 2.0 (d) 2.1.d and when you go over the current configuration I see that 2 VSANS have active default zoning and VSAN has disabled default zoning 1.

    We run end-host mode, sort of my knowledge the default behavior of zoning does not affect us. the buttons "Activate/disable default zoning"

    are grayed out, so I can't change that.

    When I update to 2.1 it will affect my ucs installation?

    Thanks for any answers

    concerning

    -andreas

    Are you FC/FCoE directly connected storage devices?  Default zoning would affect only you, you were in Switch Mode CF (which is different from the thin Ethernet host/Switch Mode).

  • Setting default usr_locale breaks the creation of the user of the Web console.

    I broke the IOM. 11.1.2.2.0 worm

    I put the default value of the user attribute usr_locale to "it_IT" of research, as it is bound (Notification.Languages).

    Now when I access identity with the Italian locale and try to create a new user, this error pops up:

    The value specified for the attribute usr_locale of Italian is not one of the predefined values. (translated from Italian)

    Creation of the user works well when you go to identity with the English locale. The problem only occurs in other languages. What do I do?

    Yes, I tried to reproduce this in our last installation, all connected to the top (11.1.2.2.4). Works well.

    In the old version (11.1.2.2.0), the Notification.Languages search is like this:

    Italian It_IT

    In the patched version, the same search looks like this:

    It_IT IT

    I noticed that with this little warning that appears in newspapers when you access the Create User page.

    Former environment:

    BTW, I read somewhere that this warning can be resolved by setting the attribute of the value in the field regional settings on the user's page to create

    #{bindings.usr_locale__c.inputValue}

    TO

    #{bindings.usr_locale__c.attributeValue}

    In any case, we decided to remove the default value for the usr_locale and slap it just in our event handler

  • CHECK THE LOGS OF APPSERVER. THE SITE STARTED WITH INTERNAL DEFAULT SETTINGS, REASON OF: bea.jolt.ServiceException: invalid Session

    Hello

    I install peopletools 8.50 with application MFC 9.0 with Oracle 11 g on Windows 8 (32 bit). Everything went well and I installed with success of the PIA and peoplesoft signon page becomes also open in my browser.

    But the question is when signon page appears in the browser it see the following error:

    CHECK THE LOGS OF APPSERVER. THE SITE STARTED WITH INTERNAL DEFAULT SETTINGS, REASON OF: bea.jolt.ServiceException: invalid Session

    And even I am not able to connect to PIA by using the id of PS.

    I went through several threads about the same question and tried to replace

    psserver = gaurav:9000

    in the file configuration.properties with the IP address which, right now, is:

    # For example: psserver = SERVER1:9000, SERVER2:9010, SERVER3:9020

    # = "Application Server Connection String" sd, ld = "this string represents the failover and the chain for PIA to connect to Application Server load balancing areas.»  For more information, consult the recommendations of PeopleBooks on failover and load balancing.  The format is psserver = AppSrvr:JSLport, where AppSrvr is the fully qualified domain name.   Multiple areas must be separated by commas", tip =" "Format: psserver = AppSrvr:JSLport where AppSrvr is your fully qualified domain name, for example psserver = SERVER1.oracle.com:9000, SERVER2.oracle.com:9010" "

    psserver = 192.168.0.1:9000

    but always without success.

    More for more information, I am able to connect in Data Mover designer both App. and I installed everything on a single computer only.

    There is no error in the APPSRV_0611.LOG file and stderr is empty.

  • Problem of Muse | The menu link stuck in State 'active '.

    I work with a menu and you have a link that is stuck in the "active" State No matter if I manually change to normal, it keeps active default. Why this is happening and how to fix it?

    Ryan

    Hi Ryan,

    Here's what you need to do to fix the link Industries - select the "INDUSTRIES" textframe inside the trigger - make sure that the textframe is selected and is not the trigger - and select the drop-down list of hyperlinks field that has the link to the applied Industries page. Click the X button next to the hyperlink field to remove the link of the textframe.

    After doing the above, as well as other triggers - trigger Industries would have the link but the textframe inside doesn't have the link attached to it. Now preview/publication to check the link of Industries.

    Let me know if you face problems making the fix.

    See you soon,.

  • Default data adapter error when you deploy a file. War in weblogic

    Hi all

    Newbie here with a few questions regarding the deployment of the OPA 10.1. Really hoping you guys can help...

    (1) I try to deploy a web file - determinations.war unexploded on WebLogic. Thanks to this forum, I have the book "modules folder not found" etc. However, I am now faced with a problem that I can't find any info on. Please see below.

    I have the following entry in the application.properties file too...
    # XDS data adapter default file path
    #xds.file.path = data

    From that we see that we believe that the code becomes a null pointer because of the following method to the WebDeterminationsServletContext class.

    public String resolveFullPath (String path)
    {
    File f = new File (path);
    return f.isAbsolute ()? f.getAbsolutePath (): this.servletContext.getRealPath (path);
    }

    We believe that the getRealPath (path), highlighted in red, returns null. Any ideas how we can solve this problem?

    (2) the second issue that I am facing is in the ownership of plugins.libraries in the application.properties file. I have the input as

    plugin. Libraries = DataAdaptor.DA;

    which should point to our custom data adapter. However, I get the following error.

    4242994 [ExecuteThread [ASSET]: '2' for the queue: "(self-adjusting) weblogic.kernel.Default"] WARN com.or

    acle.determinations.interview.engine.local.LocalInterviewEngine - cannot find the class: DataAdaptor.D
    A

    (3) also, does anyone know if it is possible to deploy a web file - determinations.war that contains additional internal application code? What we are trying to do, is provide a single war file that holds not only the code for the determination of the web, but also all the application code that encapsulates the OWD it contains. Right now it just doesn't work. I'm not sure what the conflict is exactly. The only way I seem to be able to get this work is by deploying the code into two separate files of war.

    On these questions, any help would be appreciated stored.

    Thank you
    Taj

    (2) is caused because your data adapter plugin is not installed correctly. The container that contains your plugin should go to the WEB-INF/lib directory, and you must specify the full qualified class name in the plugin.libraries of the application.properties file property.

    If you have not provided a custom data adapter, Web determinations will configure and tie one by default to use instead, which is the base file. If you perform the WebLogic deployment as a war of unxeploded, you must configure the directory default data directory that the plugin will be used by specifying an absolute path that your determinations Web instance has read/write permissions for in the application.properties file xds.file.path property. In your case (1) is mainly caused by (2) because if your data adapter has been loaded correctly by default you do not at all over.

    With regard to the (3) Yes it is probably possible, provided that you do not have library conflicts. How it's done really depends on what are these additional customizations.

  • Updating of the default hotkeys in CS1

    I use a computer where someone has adjusted all the default shortcuts on 'stop' is possible to restore shortcuts?  It resembles a default.txt file located in the presets as well as a default KBSC file folder.

    The first thing to do is editing > shortcut keys... and check if a custom scheme is in use. If this is the case, choose the default value defined in the list. Sets of shortcuts are XML files, and if the ID won't let you change the default value directly, it is conceivable that someone edited the code, but very unlikley.

    If there is not a custom in use set, the next step would be to reset the application preferences. This section of the help covers procedures in CS4: Adobe InDesign CS4 * setting preferences keyboard techniques are the same for CS1, as this is the view in the comments on what should be safeguarded. If you choose to do a repalcement manual file rather than the method of keyboard, two files will preferably be in the Application Data folder you user profile in Windows, rather than split into two directories. I'm not sure about Mac. In any case file names are always the same, so you should be able to find them using a search.

  • OfficeJet Pro 8500 a Premium: HP connected

    I own 3 different HP printers ePrint and I have successfully used ePrint for each of them. However, only my 6520 Photosmart and Officejet 4630 show on my connected devices tab to the HP web page. My 8500 is not in the list. So I can't do all of the parameter so that it runs as I can the other 2 printers. Things like change the email of the printer. I tried turning off the ePrint and services App and turn on again several times, but which does not regenerate an activation code for me. I was hoping that I would try to reactivate my service ePrint for my printer as a possible solution. But my printer seems always to remember that he has already been setup. I don't know if it will work, but it's the only solution I can think. What can I do to fix this?

    Hello svamvakis,

    Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

    I think you are on the right track regarding the printer do not enter in the 'Devices' section HPConnected. Rather than turn then reactivate the ePrint, try to restore the default values, or disable it. It must request a new code and then you will be able to add the printer and then personalize the Email.

    Let me know you saw cela responding or clicking this button of congratulations!

    Thank you.

    Best regards.

    Try following:

    1)

    Workflow policies enabled

    Workflow policies enabled

    TRUE

    This property determines if the approval workflow is enabled or disabled in Oracle Identity Manager. Approval workflow is used to determine if the operation requires approval or not, and if approval is required, then what workflow must be invoked.

    If the value of this property is TRUE, the approval workflow is enabled.

    If the value of this property is FALSE, the approval workflow is deactivated.

    For detailed information about the approval workflow, see Chapter 4, "Managing workflows".

    (2) if the above does not fix, take a look at the thread below:
