  Please try the below mentioned steps...

  1. Unplug the power cord, USB cable and phone lines (if any) from the back of the printer.
  2. Wait 3 minutes.
  3. Connect the power supply cable. Printer should automatically turn on. If this is not the case, press the button TO do it.
  4. Try to make a COPY.
  5. Now connect the USB cable and try to send 2-3 print jobs.
  6. Then reconnect the phone lines.
