  Noone you can add if you agree to the request. Contact requests are open design, so that anyone can send a contact request, however they do not add you as a contact if you agree. This is how most of the messaging software and Skype works. Skype is as an open directory anyone can search and find you (if they know how).

  You can however reject and block any communication of the additional requestee. You should also review the tools > settings > privacy and make sure everything is set up as you like.

  Unless you have jailbroken your iOS devices, there are no viruses that can infect them. Sounds like PayPal tries to return the ball.

  Ann, recorded with Fb uses this old account, your user ID, so Fb he still uses until you delete or change on Fb. Fb doesn't know anything about your account other than hotmail, but it is possible that some Fb users hacked you.
