  I'm loading up on safe mode with network.  When I tried to laod normal I get a blank screen and after I sign-in is on Safe Mode.

  I got error 0x800106ba and 0x80070426 messages and I just opened the Device Manager and found this security processor laoader driver code 10.

  Since then, I have installed a constant guard with Comcast meet all what I had problem with my system.  I called tech support and they won't help because they say that I have problems with my Dell Inspiron 530 problems I describe with the PC and not releated to each software.   If anyone can help.  In August 6, 2012, I ran diagnostic memory without any problem what so ever. I have no idea what else to do for these problems, suggestions please let me know.  Thank you

  Follow these methods.

  Method 1: Disconnect all external devices except the keyboard and mouse and try to start the computer in normal mode.

  Method 2: Start your computer in last known good configuration.

  Method 3: As the problem does not persist in SafeMode with network, perform a clean boot to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow step 7 the link to start the computer to a Normal startupmode.

  I recently installed Microsoft Security Essentials. Before installing, I deleted my previous anti-virus program, AVG Free version and the other anti-spyware programs. The only one left of programs was Spyware Blaster and Windows Defender. Now, whenever I start my computer, I can't turn on the defender and the code of error 0x800106ba. I get as a warning of Security Essentials is disabled in the Security Center (it isn't and works correctly). I have not, nor I have ever used McAffee anti-virus, which I believe can cause this error code. I am running Vista Home Premium 32 bit edition.

  Have Q: you used any sort of registry cleaner/tuner-top/tweaker?

  If you have, that is why the installation service is 'away' {a registry entry is missing, even if the Setup is still really on your system}.
