  When I start my computer I is no longer able to enter my tab start. It is empty. When I shoot computer (search) it says that I have nothing. All files have been deleted!  A program called OnPay, Inc. (USA) check my computer using the recovery of files.  OnPay, Inc. says that it is a system utility.  It is capable of S.M.A.R.T. (so it says).  I used to have Microsoft Security Essentials, but my computer can't find it.  When I go on the Internet or in another file, a Service Manager window pops up saying that t8EXTPEx.dll is missing or still missing.  This program of OnPay, Inc. just wants me to buy their service - but won't give me their price.    Windows Security Center can't be started is another message that I get.  I also get the window that Windows Defender encountered error 0 x 80070424.  The specified server does not exist as an installed service.  Help!  My computer is very slow.  I have Internet through pdli.net (Pioneer).  My email address is: * address removed privacy e-mail. *

  The problem is that all THE account recovery options are sent to the second e-mail address (aol.com), and I can't create a new account with the log in E-mail address (gmail.com). The only option microsoft support gave me is "use automatic account recovery system, because Automation is the only way for us to verify that you own the account. This does not work, several times, and microsoft technical support will not help me further and went as far that does not not to my support tickets, after having given the same answer (almost a copy and paste exact) to multiple tickets (ie: telling me to use the automated system, then close the ticket without checking my problem is resolved).

  I don't know why they can't just send a verification e-mail to the account that I connect...

  Now, I don't really care at this point if the account is deleted at this point, however, I would like to have my account back and/or related to this email before waiting for an entire year so that it can be deleted.

  And if anyone thinks that sticking to this account is the best option, I only use it for support, because apparently you have to create an account before you can get technical support options, or know who to contact and how. I used this email to create this account, but this email will probably be deleted in the next year (ie: this account will help). I need support now.

  So I don't know how to get support or set up an account with my gmail account. If anyone can help, or know who to contact to get this resolved, let me know.

  I assume you are using a European model for laptop and so you should try it;
  -Press on F8 laptop computer power on.
  -Then choose fix my computer
  -Then Toshiba HDD Recovery.

  This should allow you to start the Toshiba HDD recovery process.
