  Is there something that could have been changed software/hardware-wise on the machine before this error occurring?  Also, what version of LabVIEW and DAQmx do you use?

  This could be caused by a number of different things of nidevmon.exe.  Please look over this article in the knowledge base for possible solutions to the problem.

  I have installed Premiere Pro 2015 CC on a new installation of 10 64-bit windows.  When I try to open it, I get the message that the application could not be started-(0xc0000142).  It works fine on my 64 bit Windows 7 computer.  Put in Compatibility Mode for Windows 7 made no difference.

  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, downloaded and installed it again.  I get the same result every time.

  I Haden was a previous version because it's the fisrt installation to try this software (and I'm left with only 16 days of testing, but I could not run the software!). So I don't know if the problem occurs only with the latest version or not.

  For more information, I don't have any problem with Photoshop or Lightroom (I use this software with a subscription for a long time) and even with creative cloud itself.

  I currently have a problem with the HP printer Assistant software. I use a HP Officejet Pro 8600. Well I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, redownloaded the latest version of the software from the HP site, tried with a wireless connection and a USB connection, but still have this same problem.

  Other applications having a problem where I am unable to open the first cc pro, open very well. There are similar situations on the forum but no quiet pretended. If I try and open the first Pro CC through the CC app nothing happens, no error message, no splash screen is just nothing. Try to open a project directly instantly returns an error "the application could not start correctly (0xc0000142). Click ok to close the application.
