  Recently, I upgraded to 2015 LabWindows/CVI.   I'm trying to load a program from a Setup program created with LabWindows 2015.  I loaded the same program on the same computer using an installer of LabWindows/CVI 2014 previously.  I have full administrative rights on the computer.  The computer is a cRIO-9081

  I am now getting an error: ERROR NI MXS 15.0.0 1921.  Configuration NI MXSSVR Manager could not be stopped.

  When I go to Task Manager and look for MXSSVR it shows that it is "downtime".

  How can I solve this problem, since I have 8 other cRIO-9081 which need to be updated?

  I solved the problem.  Someone opened a remote session and who would not want the service to be stopped.  Once I disconnected them Setup worked.

  Search the registry to see if this key was created. Sometimes, the installation program does not have permission to this key.

  You can try to manually create the key to see if this will help.

  When you look at the error message, it doesn't look like you need to update your drivers. You will need to go on the official website of manufacturers, with your EPSON.

  You can restore the system to the Windows recovery environment and check if you are able to boot to the desktop. Follow the steps in this link to boot into the Windows recovery environment and select the system restore option.

  Note: When you perform the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

  • I am running Windows 7 for packs SP 1 or SP 2 does NOT solve my problem since neither one works with Windows 7.  Is there a way to search for this MUI (Multiple User Interface) missing file? The every thing must have himself installed in the first place. I took my mom (she died in June) and my brother on this PC as users so even if they do not use this PC supports multiple users. Maybe if I deleted as a reboot and additional users it will solve my problems. My updates install OK but I can't run at all system restore. Of course like everyone else in the world, I had to uninstall/enable and disable/download again and reinstall new Adobe Flash 10 and 11 of the shock wave and they keep crashing too!
