Error 1303 when trying to install Acrobat Pro

I try to intsaller Acrobat Pro and get the 1303 error: insufficient privileges to access the directory... on my personal computer. The message then said to log on as an administrator and contact my system administrator, which I did not like it comes to my personal computer.

I tried to download Acrobat Pro for a month now... bought on 11/9/13...I am getting very frustrated!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

On Windows 10, my being the administrator was not enough. I needed to activate the hidden administrator account and proceed with the installation of this connection ID. Instructions can be found here: http://www.ghacks.net/2014/11/12/how-to-enable-the-hidden-windows-10-administrator-account /
