Error 150:30 for Adobe Photoshop Elements

I tried all of the suggestions listed here for this specific error (other than uninstalling and reinstalling, because I can't remember where I left my physical disks), and none seems to have worked. When I try to use the solution 2, it simply doesn't work. I can't type my password for some reason any. I'm not sure what more I can do. I tried all the other steps, and it still does not work.

Try to uninstall then reinstall.

Before you begin, trash the prefs.

Go in your username > library > Preferences and delete:

com.adobe.PhotoshopElements.plist

NB: the library of the user is hidden. The fastest way to find it is in the menu bar in the Finder. Click go while pressing the Option (Alt) key, and then choose library.

After you delete the files, repair permissions and try to reinstall it from the link below:
