  This problem occurs because there is incorrect entries in the Shell folder of the user who is logged on to Microsoft Windows.   Is there something in the installation that needs to access something on your network? The best would be to contact the software vendor and ask them. I don't think that this would be linked to a windows problem.

  repair Windows for some registry files

  restarting my computer

  uninstall all verisons them of java

  try to install on internet explore not add on the verison

  research on different forums for help

  using command prompt to clear cache (did not work anyway)
