  It seems that MATLAB programmers do silly in this case!

  In some cases e.g. win8 or x 64 platforms, C++ 2005 cannot be installed. Installing MATLAB to C++ 2008 for this case, but it doesn't pass its default behavior for these cases. Now, I suggest you copy the installation files to your hard drive (e. g.: "D:\Setup\") and then copy all the files 'D:\Setup\bin\win64\vc90' in 'D:\Setup\bin\win64 '. C++ 2008 will now be raced instead of C++ 2005.
