Error 6 - impossible to insert an image in an e-mail

Can no longer insert an image into an email in Outlook Express 6, or Outlook 2003
Win XP Pro SP3 with a lot of RAM.

I'm writing a new email in Outlook or OE6
I insert - image.
I get a small window asking me the path of the folder where are my pictures.  It has a button 'Browse '.  When I hit the Browse button, I get the error message
Message from Web page
An error has occurred in this dialog box.
Error: 6
Object does not support this property or method.
[Button].
If, instead of hitting the Browse button, I type in the path to the folder my pictures and press OK, it puts a little white-box-with-red-X in the e-mail.
Before, when I hit browse, it allows to open the folder my pictures, I would select a gif, click OK and the gif to dance around in the body of my email.  More.
Make me sad.

Also, when I am in the folder my pictures and allows you to send. Recipient of the message, it adds the image as an attachment to the email, not IN the email.  No pleasure.  I miss my dancing bananas in emails to my wife.

Any ideas what to do?  Thank you.

I could try to reinstall IE8 and see if solve you the problem by doing this.  You don't indicate that IE8 has caused the problem, so install it again, but disable or AVAST edition so it does not interfere with the IE8 install first.  Then, go to Windows Update and then see if things are fixed.

  • Impossible to insert an image of contiuning in layer 2 w/o it from frame 1

    I'm trying to fade in and out a few different photos. Example,

    Layer 1 to photo frames 1 30 1 - with keyframes on 15 and 30. Alpha 0% on frames 1 and 30

    Layer 2 a 2 digital 31-60. with keyframes on 30 and 45.  Alpha to 0%. on the 30 images and 60 etc etc.

    but whenever I start the frame in layer 2 it fills with frames 1-30 of 30 UGH! For some reason, I get here where I left in layer 2 on frame 31 w/o it from frame 1. what I'm doing wrong here? everything I do is click on frame 31 and then add the next symbol/picture but everytime it Greys images 1-30 and has a black solid point Framework 1. UGH!

    You need a keyframe to the image you want that content to start.

    So, in your example, layer 2 would be empty, and you must add a key frame to frame 30 and then add content in frame 30.

    Frame 1 is a default image key.  The filled dot represents a keyframe with content.  All "grey" executives are a continuation of a keyframe (a keyframe of many executives intended to be displayed)

    Hello everyone, I am trying to insert an image of local computer in the DB. But seems that it is not working. Here's what I did. I create a directory, a temporary table and a procedure (all tests). Here's the code. I'm on 9.2.0.5
    CREATE OR REPLACE DIRECTORY
    IMAGE_DIR AS
    'C:\image_dir';

    CREATE TABLE SYSTEM.TEMP_IMAGE
    (
      ID          NUMBER,
      IMAGE_NAME  VARCHAR2(50 BYTE),
      IMAGE       BLOB
    );

    CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE SYSTEM.insert_image_file (p_id NUMBER, p_image_name IN VARCHAR2)
    IS
       src_file   BFILE;
       dst_file   BLOB;
       lgh_file   BINARY_INTEGER;
    BEGIN
       src_file := BFILENAME ('IMAGE_DIR', p_image_name);

       -- insert a NULL record to lock
       INSERT INTO temp_image
                   (ID, image_name, image
                   )
            VALUES (p_id, p_image_name, EMPTY_BLOB ()
                   )
         RETURNING image
              INTO dst_file;

       -- lock record
       SELECT     image
             INTO dst_file

            WHERE ID = p_id AND image_name = p_image_name
       FOR UPDATE;

       -- open the file
       DBMS_LOB.fileopen (src_file, DBMS_LOB.file_readonly);
       -- determine length
       lgh_file := DBMS_LOB.getlength (src_file);
       -- read the file
       DBMS_LOB.loadfromfile (dst_file, src_file, lgh_file);

       -- update the blob field
       UPDATE temp_image
          SET image = dst_file
        WHERE ID = p_id AND image_name = p_image_name;

       -- close file
       DBMS_LOB.fileclose (src_file);
    END insert_image_file;
    /
    But when I try to insert the image, his throws below error...
    my image test.jpg sits in this directory (where I created a directory). 'C:\image_dir ';

    so, how can I make oracle look my local dir?

    BEGIN insert_image_file(3,'test.jpg'); END;

    But I want this to work with the image (or directory) local to the client machine?

    DB server knows NOTHING about the client system

    UTL_FILE_DIR MUST be local to the DB server!

    I don't make the rules.
    I'm just telling you how Oracle performs!

    Hello sara,.

    For my part, I prefer to use my German PS in this way (I try to translate the commands):

    Use the same height for both images.

    Open the first image in PS.

    Use Bild > Arbeitsflache (Image > work plan?) See screenshot:

    From there:

    Give him the new with, by clicking on the left or the right indicating the hand playing around (trial and error).

    Now you can insert your second image.

  • Code error-301 when you deploy the image

    Hello
    I have a problem.

    I want to deploy an image from a client light t5740e to a client t610.

    I cloned successfully of the image to a folder as a file .ibr deposit.
    I also have an older version of the image as a file on a FTP repository .img.

    I can successfully deploy the image the FTP repository to a t610 client.
    The problem is that this image is obsolete and cannot be used.

    When tryng to deploy the image to a file repository shared, I get the following error code:
    2013-04-22 11:38:47 ErrorCode:-301, error information: the device of the faimly bios is not match the image.

    I also tried to create an image using HP ThinState Capture, but recevie the following error during startup:

    Inititializing... * ERROR * system has failed the OS image.

    After that, I downloaded the standard image on the HP site and created a USB key. Then I replaced the .ibr file, but it still gives me the same error as ThinState installation.

    Is there a way to bypass the repository of shared folder and clone the image to the FTP repository under a .img file and deploy it to the client t610?

    Or is it possible to bypass the BIOS checking when deploying the repository of shared folder?

    Assuming that the version HPDM is common (4.5 with SP2), there is an option in the task editor when applying the deployment to enable Cross-platform for Imaging.

    This is however strongly discouraged because the picture you shot of the t5470e will not have the necessary drivers for the t610. The original image on the web site of HP will have drivers for both, but the part of the RunOnce scripts at first start after imaging USB is clean the unnecessary drivers by the platform to maximize space on the device.

    However, you should be able to pull the image of 7th WES using the FTP browser component in menu HPDM model. This will generate a model that can be deployed to clients light t5740e both t610.

    One last thing to remember is to make sure that the agent is updated on the device target before deployment and then again after the deployment.

    When I Insert an image in the body of my email, it is replaced with an attachment when the recipient gets (also using OE).
    I did use the option of fixing , I used to Insert.  The reverse also occurs.  When someone using OE sends me an email with

  • How to insert an image in a post.

    Have you ever wanted to insert an image in a post so that others can see a pictorial version of what you describe?

    You know what they say.  A picture is worth a thousand words.

    Here are the steps to add a picture to a message:

    1. Get what you want to share open and on your desktop.  Make sure it has No personal information in the box to display.
    2. Click on the Start button and select all programs.
    3. Click on Accessories , then select Snipping Tool.
    4. When you open the capture tool, your office will become pale.  The cursor will resemble a big "plus" sign.  Place the cursor in the upper left corner of the image you want to save, press on and hold down your left mouse button and drag to the lower right of the image and let go of the cursor.
    5. The area in a square between the 2 corners can now be saved.
    6. Save it in a location that is easy to find.
    7. When you reply to this message, there is a button above the message box to insert images.  You can hover your mouse over the buttons to find the correct.  Click it and you can browse and find the image and then insert it in the post.
