Error ACDaemon.exe - api-ms-win-downlevel-ole32-l1-1-0.dll system

Hello, I was wondering if I could get help with the error in the title, I get this error when I try to start the following programs

Adobe
That is to say
or any other programs such as games or Word programs
I also get this error when you try to run a sfc scan in the Console command.
If you need more information please ask.
Windows didn't start the program because the error api-ms-win-downlevel-ole32-l1-1-0.dll file:ACDaemon.exe-system is missing on your computer

Hello Evilkebab,

-Have you installed any game with acdaemon tool?

This acdaemon.exe is an ArcSoft Connect Daemon belonging to ArcSoft Connect from ArcSoft Inc..

This acdaemon is associated with digital imaging and video software, cameras, printers, scanners, phones, games, etc. It is usually located in c:/program files/common files.

If you find under windows, windows/system or the windows/system32 directory, it may be malware or virus.

Follow the following troubleshooting methods:

Method 1:

Download Microsoft Safety Scanner, scan your computer for viruses and malware and then check its operation.

You can download Microsoft Safety Scanner from the link "scan to Microsoft Security.

Note:  The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again. All data that are infected must be cleaned only by deleting all of the data, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

Method 2:

Run System File Check to fix the corrupted system files and then check how it works.

See the link "How to use the file system tool Checker to troubleshoot system missing or damaged files on Windows Vista or Windows 7" to run the System File Check.

Note: It can ask the Windows DVD difficulty and allowing SFC to do more than minor repairs. Could some of the files saved on your computer are deleted when fixing corrupted files.

I hope this helps you solve the problem. If the problem persists or if you have other problems with Windows, please post in the Microsoft Community. We would be happy to help you.

  • API-MS-Win-CRT-Runtime-L1-1-0.dll

Last week, my PC Windows 7 has started to launch this Creative Cloud.exe error on login: "the program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing on your computer." Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. "However, the file is in the path C:\Windows\System32.  I can click OK in the error dialog box and things seem to work normally.  I can start the creative cloud from a shortcut desktop application, and it seems to start normally.

I have not found solutions by searching on the Web, so I have in fact, try to remove/reinstall the creative cloud desktop application.  The returned message said something like I couldn't remove creative cloud because there were apps which depended on.

The same error occurs when closing Acrobat DC even if it's an AcroCEF.exe system error.  I don't get an error at any time when you use Dreamweaver CC 2015, 2015 CC Photoshop or Illustrator CC 2015.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Frank

    Try CC Uninstaller:

Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application

If you get the error message like uninstall completed with errors. Ignore.

    Navigate to C: > Program (x 86) > Adobe.

Open the Adobe folder locate folder Adobe Creative Cloud .

Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud trees.

Then you can proceed to re-installation processes.

Hi, I have now discovered what the problem was. It wasn't Office exactly. Rather have just reinstalled windows 7, windows update did not work properly. Virtually no updates had been installed. I had to run the "windows update diagnostic" program from Microsoft support. Once that had solved the problem of update on 180 updates have been installed. Once they have been installed the problem with the error has been resolved. I do not know what update fixed but one of them did.

    Best regards Steve

I suggest you to perform system restore and try to install the program.
Restore the system to an earlier point before installing this application.

  • D'api-ms-win-core-rtlsupport-l1-2-0 lack. DLL after building with Visual Studio 2015

    Hi friend:

I suffer from this problem of generation. After you install Visual Studio 2015 and update 1, which took 4 hours, and then I built my code. But when I tried to run the executables generated (by vc140), he complains error in debug mode as "the program cannot start because api-ms-win-core-rtlsupport-l1-2-0.» DLL is missing from your computer. "Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." My OS is windows 7 Service pack 1. I work with VS2013 for over 2 years, never had this kind of problems before.

Can anyone help to diagnose what kind of problem was it? I ran out of any package during installation? I have looked on another website from google, found no useful information. Also, I installed vc_redist.x64.exe, but it does not help.

Please help because it crashes me to move further on my coding work!  Thank you very much.

This issue is beyond the scope of this site (for consumers) and to be sure, you get the best (and fastest) reply, we have to ask either on Technet (for IT Pro) or MSDN (for developers)

  • Cannot install PowerDirector 10 Super-Micro by Cyberlink, when I put the disc in the player getting error (E:\is not a Win 32 Application valid).

I installed Windows 7 64 bit on a new computer.  Everything that the seams to work properly. I then tried to install a new program from Cyberlink called PowerDirector Ultra 10.  I put the disc in the drive and get an error (E:\is not a Win 32 Application valid).  If I put another CD or DVD in the drive, it works very well. Can someone help me please

    Original title: using Windows 7

I would contact the people you bought it from.  Maybe you have a faulty drive.  You can also click on start-> computer and look at the contents of this disc.  If there is a Setup.exe file on that, try double-clicking it and see what happens.  If this does not help, open the AUTORUN. INI file with Notepad and see what file it points to.  Then try double-clicking what it points to.

    Good luck.

  • Application error: vmsnap23.exe

    Hello, all.

This is my first post on this forum, so please be nice!

Last month, I have an application error that occurs whenever I connect. It seems that the vmsnap23.exe application fails to start, but I don't know what it is (* or * else) so that I can fix it. Any ideas?

I'm on XP (sp3 since yesterday)

The event viewer shows this information:

    + Faulting application vmsnap23.exe, version 0.0.0.0, module failed ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.5512, address failure 0 x 00011669. +

I have followed the Microsoft but have not found something useful here. The program is slightly on the C: and not in "program files", or one of the system folders.

It is a program of Toshiba, part of XP * or * something questionable I can simply delete?

    Thanks for the research.

    See you soon!

    Ken

Reading a few other forums I found an interesting comment on VMsnap23.exe. Supposedly this process belongs to McAfee VirusScan. McAfee is installed on your laptop?
