• Firefox crashes after closing any window.

  I have this problem that firefox always stuck at like 20 seconds every time when I close another window of firefox. I usually have several firefox windows open at the same time. When I'm near one of them, the rest of them get stuck seconds before they can do anything, sometimes fell (not common). I see that firefox crashing usually has to do with some windows of firefox were running online video, like youtube or others. It can be any advertising on a Web site that is in the form of moving images. But crashing isn't really common. Just stuck everytime when I close a window of firefox among others.

  I thought it was because my computer is old but Internet Explorer doesn't have this problem on my computer. I even downgraded firefox to version 28 ( I used to have the latest, 36?) That did not solve the problem. I am running on windows 7. I would like to keep using firefox because it allows add-on so I don't want to switch to IE. Does anyone know what the problem is?   Take all your suggestions, I updated Adobe flash player. Checked, but there is nothing to update on the graphics card. Check the extensions you mentioned (and disable and enable as suggested), okay, once I have disabled this "dictionary tooltip 1.7" extension, firefox works great.   If you go to that page and made scroll to Method1, you will see there are three installers. Which did you use?

  Also, what is the make, model and model number of your PC? Is your Windows XP 32-bit or 64-bit?

  Did reboot you after you run the Update Agent Installer?

  Dump you all your IE8 temporary Internet files and cookies?

  Try to remove the file profiles.ini (i.e. move the folder to the trash).

  You can also delete all the folder in the profiles folder that Firefox was created because he wasn't able to safety profile for the file profiles.ini file.

  I use Apex 4.2.1 on mod_plsql and Oracle 11 g 3.

  I installed version 2.0 of plugin Skillbuilders Page modal.

  In may, app, page 7 presents a button.  When you click on it, page 6 is displayed as a modal popup.  Users can change this modal page form fields and then click on a "submit" button.  This, in turn, automatically closes the modal page.  Users seek then to page 'parent' (page 7).  It all works very well.

  My problem: Page 6 (modal page) contains a collection of Apex.  This collection is updated when users click the submit button.  It is this collection to be displayed with the data updated on the page "parent" (page 7).  And so, I need to automatically send page 7 when the modal page closes automatically after clicking submit on the modal page.

  I tried a dynamic action that performs an action of "submit page" whenever the user clicks on the button send in the modal page.  But because the plugin uses an iframe to display the modal page, the action of page submit real that happens in the iframe, not in the 'parent' page (page 7).  When the modal page closes automatically, users are left looking at the page of 'parent' (page 7) with the previous data (not updated).  I have to manually refresh the page (via the browser) to see the data updates to the collection.

  And then, does anyone know how to automatically return the page of 'parent' when the modal window closes automatically?

  Went to bed watching Netflix, then woke up a few hours later to find that Firefox has automatically updated to 34.0.5 and I could no longer access any video Netflix... I get an error Code N8152 Netflix, which refers to a DRM/Silverlight error. Netflix continues to operate correctly in IE and Chrome.
