  In proxy environment, the computer cannot connect to the Adobe servers, so it does not work. The proxy or the firewall should be disabled if you use creative cloud.

• Creative Clod Desktop Update stops at 12% - error code 205

  Ongoing for more than a week at least. Creative Clod Desktop tries to update itself and the download stops at 12% each time. No connectivity problem, no firewall problems.
