  First confirm that there is a file c:\Users\Hyperelmo\Appdata\Local\Temp.  If it is, change the value for the variable TEMP of %USERPROFILE%\Appdata\Local\Temp to c:\Users\Hyperelmo\Appdata\Local\Temp.

  If it does not, the best I can recommend is a clean install to get MMC works again.

• With Safari 7.0 on Mavericks HTML5 Console does not open

  Since upgrading my Mac Air to the Mavericks, I have problems with 7.0 included Safari browser: when I click on the console in the console of the customer web HTML5 no more opens. No new tab is open, and no error message is displayed.

  In the vsphere_client_virgo.log I only see the following messages:

  I noticed a few other people had the error 'failed to load, please check your page to find JavaScript errors. I couldn't work on the fix for me. If you would be grateful if someone could take a look. It is the work of some of the children who do a workshop I am hosting in web animation. File is:

  Is the patch to download the latest version? The version used is 2014.1.1. It is difficult to update is on a University computer.

  I found a solution to the problem. I open the project_edge.js file in Dreamweaver and it identified the problem lines. Examples:

• Photoshop CC errors and does not open

  The other day I downloaded Photoshop CC, and it worked fine. Today when I try and open Photoshop I get a multitude of errors about 'FastCore Routines Module', 'Module of Routines of MMXCore', 'Module of multiprocessor support', and while he could not "initialize Photoshop internal file signature is incorrect".   Sounds like the update failed and you still older plugins, or you copied the plugins from an earlier version that you shouldn't have.

  Do not launch Photoshop means that the binary file is damaged or the update has failed.

  Normally, uninstall and reinstall, then re-update, is the best way to solve it.

• Remote console does not connect: unexplained error

  Running VMware server 2 on a Windows 2008 Enterprise.

  Using a single remote adapter (with no Internet connection) with IP fixed 192.168.1.1 and no DNS/gateway server. The server is running a DHCP server (192.168.10 - 100).

  WebAccess works when connecting to the local computer (the server) with IE 8.0, but the remote console does not work. It gives me this error:

  Unexplained error. *

  The same error occurs if connection to https://sidserver:8333, https://localhost:8333, https://127.0.0.1:8333, https://192.168.1.1:8333.

  WebAccess does not work from another PC in the network: IE 8.0 just shows nothing. Firefox 3 offers a security certificate error dialogue do not allow me to add to the exceptions that the certificate is self-signed:

• Skype does not open on my desk, producing no error report.

  I am at a loss. I've been able to use Skype without problem for years, but from last week, I noticed that Skype does not open on my desk.

  When I start it, there is no GUI that displays, but the notification area of the task bar Gets the green icon of hollow, but no application launched on my Dowes. When I move my mouse over the icon that appears in the Notification area, it just closes.
  I've confirmed that Skype does not open and that there some process related to Skype in the loading Task Manager, when I try to launch Skype, and there is no residual enforcement process, remaining open Skype when the icon disappears.

  I have reviewed the windows event viewer and there is no error in production log.

  I uninstalled Skype and reinstalled 6.18 which is the latest version, and it remains the same, cannot start.

  I did the search for an old version of Skype to use, and they are the same.

  I haven't installed any new programs in addition to update my graphics driver on the last 340.43 earlier this week, but had the problem before this update. I also rolled back my graphics driver to check which was not the issue, and the problem remains.

  I use Windows 7 on an i7 with 8g ram and a 660GTX. the same I have now used for 12 months without problem.

  I ran it again on all of my steps.
  Uninstalled Skype 6.18 once again.

  Delete the folder %appdata%\skype tried previously.

  Delete the file %temp%\skype as prefiously tried.

  Restarted my PC.

  Retelecharge 6.18 and installed, same problems.

  I then repeated that the above steps once again, however, downloaded 6.14, a version that I had not already tried today.

  It appears to allow me to connect, and then it crashed.

  I then loaded back into it again and it came without a problem... This time.

  I'm now able to maintain a stable application with installed 6.14.

  1. what program are you trying to install?

  2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  3 does happen with all programs?

  Check and make sure that the Windows service install is running on the computer.

  (a) click on start to reduce this includes this image, click run , type services.msc , and then press enter to open Services.

  (b) right click on the Windows Installer service and then click Properties.

  (c) if the box Startup type is set to Disabled, change it to Manual.

  (d) click on OK to close the Properties window.

  (e) right click on the Windows Installer service and then click Start. The service should start without errors.

  (f) click on the file menu, and then click exit.
