Error display video paused
That's how first displays the video on my computer when it is paused. Video playback is ok, but pause mode, it looks like a photo unreturned or damaged. When I installed everything first program everything has worked well, but after that I have updated to OS X El Capitan, this is what happened. I can't for the life of me know what setting to change in order to get the good view paused. The current is set to 'max' break in video. Change to 1/4 or 1/2 doe do nothing. If I add jpeg/png or similar, or even color matte, the same thing happens, but in these cases, not even make or export (any format) help. The color and image cache still does not right, even if I export.
The computer is an iMac 27 "(early 2015) with 8 GB RAM and osX El Capitan."

Go to the file/project settings/general and change the rendering on "Mercury Playback Engine software only" engine.
Press OK, you will get a dialog box in which select "remove previews."
Try these steps and it should work.

The strange thing is, it only happens for a show, "Star Trek: The Next Generation" at 07:00 on channel 55 Houston. Sometimes it is live or recorded. Shown immediately before and immediately after about 55 works fine, as does anything on any other channel. (Although if I leave the video error for more than a few seconds, then I get an error of the tuner on the other channels until I quit Media Center and bring backup.)
Maybe my computer is a militant fan of Star Wars?

Please help - it's driving me crazy! I got this to work!
I am using Vista Ultimate and a connection (cat-5) ethernet to an xbox 360 as a Media Extender (via a Linksys router). I get the error of the video:
"The files needed to display video are not installed or not working not properly." Please restart Windows Media Center or restart the computer "."I have a Happauge PVR 150 TV capture card installed, and you want to watch TV and my video files Via the Xbox 360. I can see the guide for lists of TV programs, but not to look at them without getting the message above. I can also put in place a program to record, display the video thumbnail, but not play. Video files only will play are videos very select few years recorded only where there is.
My graphics card is an ATI 2900XT - 512 MB of ram, with the latest drivers.
I've seen a number of discussions on the web that describes the same (or similar) problem, but none of them seem to have no solution.
I had Norton Internet Security installed and it has since withdrawn because of the firewall. I had thought, it could be a firewall issue, but it is not. I'm now using the Windows Firewall for now.
I deleted and reinstalled the Xbox as an Extender media several times... no help. I have re-installed the complete drivers for the video capture card, it has not helped either. I checked and double-checked the settings on my router as well.
The xbox is set for the share on my multimedia computer. The correct files can also be programmed for sharing.
On the PC in Windows Media Center, I can view the TV programs, record programs etc etc etc all work.
Any help would be really appreciated!

This message started on my installation of windows 7 media center with the installation of tuner Cable Digital ati a few months. I had the computer in my office with no monitor for a while and watched TV through my xbox on my samsung ln52b610. so I decided to connect to the PC directly to the tv and now get this message saying 'error display driver - video playback device does not support playback of protected content'. the strange thing is that if I go full screen, then new Media Center, here again, it seems to go away (most of the time). my video card is a 8500gt nvidia with hdmi output and I tried the latest driver from them and still no worky.

· Did you do changes on the computer before the show?
· Do you have any extended monitor connected to the computer in the past or at the present time?
Follow the suggestions below for a possible solution:
Method 1: You can try to reduce the resolution of the screen (lower), then check if the message still appears.
Check also if the refresh rate of the monitor is set correctly and check the manual of the monitor for assistance.

Error "display driver stopped responding and has recovered" seems to have led to big problems...
Last night, I was watching a video on my computer and it froze for a minute, and I got the error "display drivers is not responding and have now recovered." I was a little confused, but this allowed me to continue to play the video. I played it again, and 5 minutes later, I had the same thing. He continued, the case most often. I have a problem with Windows Media Player on laptop Lenovo G780. My laptop is under warranty (bought a month ago), but technical support Lenovo told me that the Windows Media Player program is not covered by the warranty.

I had the same problem and then by chance, I tried a video on YouTube and it worked for me. Here's how I went on this issue and solved my problem:
1. go to the computer, then OS (C).2. you will need to open Program Files (x 86) and Program Files.3. go to Windows Media Player in Program Files (x 86) and open the folder. Then, remove the wmplayer file. You may need to work around the error TrustedInstaller. I'll tell you that, in a moment.4. in Program Files, go to the same folder for Windows Media Player and select the same file again. Wmplayer. Copy the file in another window open. Copy ensures that if the question comes up again you can at least try to fix it again.This should be the end of your problem. If you need to circumvent the TrustedInstaller question is how:1. right click on wmplayer and select Properties > Security > advanced > owner > Edit > other users and groups.2. Enter your username and then click on check names. Click OK.3. close the dialog boxes as he has requested.4. open again the properties and click Security. Select your username from the list and click on edit. This phenomenon was linked to your video driver (atikmpag.sys) /DirectX. I would completely remove the current driver and install the latest driver available.

The site "paperwishes.com" (card making supplies) plays videos of product for some of its products. A blue box shows the word 'Play' next to the item.
