Error during execution of the cr9idata.pl during the upgrade to 11.2.0.2 database

I update the database of R12 (11.1.0.7) to 11.2.0.2 the following document, < interoperability Notes EBS R12 with Database 11 g 2, 1058763.1 >.

In step 7, to create the directory nls/data/9idata...
When I run the perl script, I get the error like below.
- - - - -
perl cr9idata.pl $
Perl: symbol lookup error: /d01/oracle/SID/db/tech_st/11.2.0/perl/lib/5.10.0/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/auto/Cwd/Cwd.so: undefined symbol: Perl_Istack_sp_ptr
- - - - -

Then, when I tried to check with sqlplus, I now have the error as below.
- - - - -
SQL > connect username/password AS SYSDBA
ERROR:
ORA-12162: TNS service name: net is incorrectly specified
SQL > exit
- - - - -

Then, when I checked some relevant environment, I noticed that TNS_ADMIN is empty.
- - - - -
$ echo $ORA_NLS10
/D01/Oracle/SID/DB/tech_st/11.2.0/NLS/data/9idata
$ echo $TNS_ADMIN

$ echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
/D01/Oracle/SID/DB/tech_st/11.2.0/lib
- - - - -

However, if I run the old old ORACLE_HOME environment file, then points to the old TNS_ADMIN (/ d01/oracle/SID/db/tech_st/11.1.0/network/admin/SID_host).
And I think that's not valid...

At the same time, when I check the tnsnames.ora, there is only the example files / default subdirectory < sample >.
- - - - -
$ cd /d01/oracle/SID/db/tech_st/11.2.0/network/admin/
$ ls
samples shrept.lst
- - - - -

How is - that must be managed in order to take the next step?
Should I would define TNS_ADMIN with the old path...?

Then, can I copy all of these files sqlnet.ora, listener.ora and tnsnames.ora...?

Yes, and update the files manually with the new name of directory ORACLE_HOME. And, once you configure AutoConfig for the ORACLE_HOME again these files need to be generated for you automatically.

After copying, can I put TNS_ADMIN path with the directory where the files are copied...?

Yes.

Thank you
Hussein

  • 403 Forbidden error of execution of the procedures of the URL of the browser stored

    I am currently trying to run a simple stored procedure (ea.hello_world, where "ea" is the pattern and "hello_world" is the name of the procedure) a URL from the browser, but am getting a 403 Forbidden - error message "you don't have permission to access /pls/apex/ea.hello_world on this server. I use APEX 3.2 with Oracle 11 g and mod_plsql and gave the steps of apex_public_user. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

    Here is the process I have used so far:

    Create the "Hello_World" procedure in the "EA: schema

    create or replace
    procedure hello_world
    is
    Start
    HTP. Print ("'Hello World!");
    end;

    I then successfully granted to run the apex_public_user procedure:

    Grant execute on ea.hello_world to apex_public_user;

    Then, I tried to call the stored procedure from the browser using the following syntax:

    http:// < Server >: < port > / pls/apex/< schema >. < Procedure & gt;

    I also experimented with the use of a public synonym and the configuration of the wwv_flow_epg_include_mod_local, but I do not think that the function s relevant since I'm using mod_plsql and not the embedded pl/sql gateway.

    Hello

    If you have below the line in dads.conf, then wwv_flow_epg_include_mod_local sets

    PlsqlRequestValidationFunction wwv_flow_epg_include_modules.authorize

    Try:
    Create public synonym

    CREATE PUBLIC SYNONYM hello_world FOR ea.hello_world;

    Grant privilege to execute procedure to the public

    GRANT execute on hello_world to public;

    Then change the APEX_030200.wwv_flow_epg_include_mod_local function

    CREATE OR REPLACE FUNCTION
    APEX_030200.wwv_flow_epg_include_mod_local(
        PROCEDURE_NAME IN VARCHAR2)
    RETURN BOOLEAN
    IS
    BEGIN

        IF UPPER(procedure_name) IN (
              UPPER('hello_world'))
       THEN
            RETURN TRUE;
        ELSE
            RETURN FALSE;
        END IF;
    END;
    /

    Then try
    http://:/pls/apex/hello_world

    If you can now run your procedure in URL, you can then low and e.g. grant execute procedure to the user of DAD.

    Kind regards

  • HP Pavilion Notebook 15-p050ca: graphics driver error message started after the upgrade of Windows 10 model installed on #: G6U13UA #ABL

    I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and since then, I received the following message through a game: "display Intel HD Graphics driver Driver for Windows 8 (R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered."

    I checked my graphics driver and it says that it is up-to-date.  I tried installing the latest drivers for my laptop model (according to the HP drivers page), December 15, 2015, installed without a problem, but no version has not fixed the problem.  An error message appears when I try to install the March and April, 2016 versions of graphics drivers, claiming that they are not compatible with my computer.

    I also tried the Intel and HP driver update utility and told me that my drivers are up to date.  However, when I look at the properties of my Intel(r) HD Graphics Family in Device Manager, I noticed that information on the events tab says: "peripheral PCI VEN_8086 & DEV_0A16 & SUBSYS_227E103C & REV_0B\3 & 11583659 & 1 & 10 still requires the installation."

    I don't know what needs update on my computer or if this driver is incompatible with Windows 10 and there is not yet an upgrade?  Advice or opinions would be appreciated!

    My computer model is the 15-p050ca HP Pavilion Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR) model #: G6U13UA #ABL and the graphics driver is version #: 10.18.15.4279

    I went back to 8.1 for Windows and ran the store several times and then reinstalled Windows 10.

    I watched the graphic version installed and version 20.19.15.4331 dated dated 18 November 2015, but he still claimed there was an update of the graphics driver.  I tried the update and it was version 10.18.15.4279 dated August 2015, which was the same version that was installed when I had problems (and the same version on the HP website), then I went back to the 20.19.15.4331 version.

    I tried all the graphics drivers listed for my computer on the HP support page and again, I had the same problems with them as I had before (either claim that my computer has no minimum requirements or my graphics driver crashing).

    With the current version (20.19.15.4331), my graphics driver has stopped at least for now crashing, but I assume that this is not a specific driver HP and is only based Intel?  If so, I recommend HP glance on the issue, I've had if they claim that these drivers are supposed to work for my computer when my computer is, in fact, not accept them.

  • User removed after the upgrade to Oracle 12 c

    Hello

    Recently, I tried to update my database to Oracle Database 11 g Release 2 (11.2.0.4 and 11.2.0.3). After completing the "database upgrade Assistant" running, I discovered that the user logged on to my diet has been removed and I can not access the system.

    During the upgrade of the "Upgrade database Wizard" process I couldn't remember see all which implies that the use could be deleted, pouvez please let me know what could I have possibly missed?

    Notice that I can have full access to the user sys and system.

    Thanks in advance.

    The upgrade doesn't drop not all database users.

    I guess you mean the database user (account) - as visible in DBA_USERS.

    Don't have you list the user names in DBA_USERS?

    What is the error you get when you try to connect?  Distinction case password would result by "ORA-01017: name of user and password invalid; logon denied error message", simply because the failure of the validation of password (even if the user exists in the database)
