Error failed to uninstall programs!
When I go to programs and features, I can't uninstall all of the programs that I downloaded before, I just downloaded a program and it allows me to uninstall, but the previous things I downloaded cannot be uninstalled. Why this phenomenon happens and tried to uninstall the sims 2 and then it froze for 5 seconds, then it does not uninstall and then I tried to uninstall my old broadband and then it says you have already uninstall the program and then I got an error message and now I can't uninstall anything I downloaded before.
It does not give me the option to uninstall programs so I don't know
Hi joshua,.
1. what happens when trying to uninstall the program?
2. you receive an error message?
3. did you of recent changes on the computer?
If the program does not uninstall completely the first time, sometimes running the uninstall program a second time will succeed.
If you face the question during the uninstallation of a specific program you can also check if this program has any tool to uninstall or remove.

BTW, don't use Registry cleaners. Read what Mark Russinovich wrote on these useless tools:
"I don't and never will implement a registry cleaner since it's of little practical use on anything other than Win2K terminal servers and developing one that is safe and effective requires a huge amount of application-specific knowledge."

If you are unable to install a program, you can follow the steps to uninstall from the computer.
Step 1: use the Windows Installer Cleanup utility for delete all entries (uninstall program) that are associated with the product that you're having trouble:
Download and then install the Microsoft Windows Cleanup utility. To do this, see the Microsoft Web site:

Save the file to the desktop. When the download is complete, double-click the file and then follow the directions. When the installation is complete, click Start, point to all programsand then click Windows Installer Cleanup.
In the list of the products installed , delete all entries that are related to the product you have installed wrong. If there are too many entries, click select all, and then click Remove. When you have deleted all entries, click exit, and then start the installation of the product

Hi Tom,

(3) if it is available, download the file for installing software from another source approved.
4) update your antivirus/security software.

Creative cloud update failed, the uninstall failed, installation failed
Hello
Have had no problems with the desktop app creative cloud until yesterday. The popup of the indicated software I had to update the soft CC. It failed with the error code: 1001.
Google solutions.
Then downloaded the uninstall program that basically could not,
"Uninstalling desktop CC completed with errors." Restarted Mac and used the latest installer, but received this message: "Installer could not copy a code review file/directory...error: 43»Google again.
Download 'Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool'. «I don't want to clean the other apps, but the rest of the options is a bit confusing what to choose as: "Difficulty Host File", 'Adobe ID CC2015 AppBase' and ' the Adobe Id credentials ".» Cleaning of those will fix my problem? If so, what info I let go?
Thank you!
2015 MacPro, Adobe CC2015 last updated with the exception of creative cloud and bridge, OS X 10.10.5
OK, that can be a pain, but I solved the problem and created a new.
1. After following the instructions above and still not be able to install the desktop CC app, I tried to update an individual program by selecting 'Help' in the main menu of an open Adobe application, then selecting "Check for updates". Unable to update any application in this way. Just got an error message that the program might be corrupted.
2. oh well, read a bit more online on the use of the Adobe CC cleaning tool and after saving all presets, etc. decided to "all clean." Danger, do not take this lightly. He cleaned more than what I've read he would.
3. this clean all "visibly" deleted all my Applications folder Adobe applications, but not actually delete the hard drive. At least the available disk size has not changed and there are no applications to the trash. So they must be here somewhere too much room. Created problem.
4. find an obscure post associated download Adobe Application Manager with a link. After installing or really re - install this application (twice), then opening the application, creative application Cloud Desktop appears suddenly. So I guess that the installation of Adobe Application Manager automatically installs Creative Cloud Desktop app?
5. connected to CC with the CC desktop app and am now re - download Adobe CC applications.
Don't know what's going to happen, but I'll post the rest of my sad story (hopefully with a happy ending) to others who might enjoy it just.

Hi after windows 10 almost killed my laptop and I had to restore to factory settings I tried to re - install creative cloud and get the following message "WE ENCOUNTERED THE FOLLOWING PROBLEMS: INSTALLATION FAILED TO INITIALIZE program.» Please DOWNLOAD ADOBE SUPPORT ADVISOR TO DETECT THE PROBLEM. "then I tried to download the Advisor to support that to find it is no longer available. Accept payment until this problem is solved we know how to solve this problem?
first of all uninstall cc on your computer.
Run the vacuum cleaner by, http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
Restart your computer and reinstall the cc, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps desktop application | CC free trial Adobe
If that translates into the same initialization error:
start at the top and work your way down to apply applicable patches until your problem is solved.
If (win) cc: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-application-failed.html
If your error is:
"Setup failed to initialize. File not found. ' or 'could not initialize installation. This could be due to missing files.
first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.
to find the OOBE:
Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps
Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB
If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
If you use an installation dvd:
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
If you are using a mac:
1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.
2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the
3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
5 restart the installation.
If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:

When I click on a link to a google search, I get the "Secure connection" error failed in Firefox. He says, "please contact the administrator of the server or email correspondent and give them the following information: your certificate contains the same serial number for another certificate issued by the certification authority."
I followed the instructions here:
https://support.Mozilla.org/en-us/KB/certificate%20contains%20The%20Same%20serial%20number%20As%20another%20certificate
and looked at this article:
https://support.Mozilla.org/en-us/questions/1028103?ESAB=a & As = AAQI uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, deleted the entire folder profiles and reset Firefox. I see that the older (orphans) article points to my router. However, I have a new router and have updated their software. There is no button to add an exception (as stated in the article), so I can't just work around it. This problem does not occur with IE, so I have a hard time to believe that it is my router.
How to solve this problem? I really want to change browser.
Finally, I tracked the issue. The answer was found here:
https://support.Mozilla.org/en-us/questions/1028985It turns out that Avast has a web shield that passes through its own verification of certificate https. Of course, this feature is not quite right and loses track of the certificates. Disable "https scanning" in the settings of Avast resolved the problem.
