Error handling 404 in web.xml
In my application, I made the following entry in the web.xml file:
> error pages <
< code > 404 error < / error code >
error.jspx < location > < / location >
< / error pages >
Error.JSPX is a file jspx and exists in the public_html folder and after admission:
< f: view >
< af:document id = "d1" >
< af:form id = "f1" >
< af:outputText value = "Hello there error occurred ' id = 'ot_11' / >
< / af:form >
< / af:document >
< / f: view >
When a 404 error occurs in the application, I get after the application log:
[< [path to ServletContext@3806419[app:j2ee-app module: Retailer: / retailer spec-version: 2.5]] location of error pages: "/ error.jspx" for the error code: '404' does not exist. Serving the default error page. >
Any suggestion what to do next?
Maybe it's a problem with security (especially if you have activated the ADF security and created pageDef for the error page).
What happens if you call error.jspx directly?
Try again with a standard html error page (instead of jspx) eliminate security problems or solve the jsf.

tag <; error page >; - in the web.xml file
Hi all
I wrote a web application deployed on weblogic 10.3.
in one of my pages JSP say JSP1 a java.lang.RuntimeException type exception is thrown.
and I tag error pages configured in my web.xml file
That is to say
> error pages <
java.lang.RuntimeException < exception type > < / exception type >
error.html < location > < / location >
< / error pages >
so when this exception is thrown by the JSP1, user should redirected to error.html
but it's not not this
and instead, is to show the http 500 error saying "website cannot display the page. and url in the address rest bar also the same IE specific JSP1.
What could be the problem. What additional configuration should be doe for tag < error page >-?
Thank youTry/Check with the following options
(1) If you test with IE error page, try again with other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox.
(2) make sure that your web.xml file is to have the DTD element.
(3) try to place the item ofafter details of the servlet mapping in web.xml.
(4) If you are using IE, tweak with the following option of the IE browser
Simplified Tools--> Internet-->--> HTTP Error Messages Advanced Options show
(5) check error.html file is available in the correct location (this is under the location context root) -
Error parsing of Web.Xml
Hey guys,.
I am looking for the push server works without much luck so far.
I'm running a debian with Tomcat 5.5 installed machine. I am looking for the example of web application to deploy application, however the logs show problems!
I disabled the security on the Tomcat server, but I got this error message:
Main Org.apache.catalina.startup.ContextConfig of ERROR - error analysis in the default Web.XML
This is the first time that I have set up an instance of Tomcat so my apologies in advance if this is a trivial solution. I've attached the output of Tomcat and my file web.xml below newspapers.
Could someone point out what may be wrong that prevents the application of deployment?
Thanks in advance!
Abandoned with Tomcat and use PHP. This works.

Please suggest what I'm missing or how to solve this problem
Thanks in advance.
It shows the error in the XML parser. Please validate your XML code for proper syntax. You might have missed some closing etc tags.
Also make sure that this declaration of refreshservlet and his mapping is appropriate in your web xml.

Recovery of OSB road Note Error Handler xml query
Hi guys,.
I don't know if there is a thread that has already been addressed, but I couldn't find anything.
Here's the scenario. I created Proxy Service X (http transport protocol) that routes a message to Business Service Y. Business Service Y called myWebService that is deployed in a remote domain. I have intentionally to cancel the deployment of the EAR that contains myWebService in the remote domain. When the Business Service Y try to call myWebService she will appear in error, the following message:
< con xmlns:con: fault = "http://www.bea.com/wli/sb/context" >
< con: errorCode > BEA-380002 < / con: errorCode >
< con: reason > not found < / con: reason >
< con: location >
< con: node > RouteNode1 < / con: node >
pipeline response - < con: path > < / con: path >
< / con: location >
< / con: fault >
Business Service Z is an independent service that is used to send messages to a queue. I have an route Error Handler node Proxy Service X using a legend Service to route messages to Business Service Z.
Now in the Proxy Service X error of node Road Manager , I would like to recover the original xml query that was received by Proxy Service X and send it to a queue by making use of the previously mentioned Legend of Service that routes messages to Business Service Z whenever the BEA-380002 of error type occurs.
When you look at the response of the legend of Service (by making use of reports), the item entering the http transport layer does not contain the xml request, but simply the metadata of the message. How can I get the original xml to the scenario above query?
Kind regards
Ophola...Add an action to assign the title of the action request routing Actions. Using yield action assign the $body (initial application of XML) in a var, for example bodyvar. Now in the route node error handler, you can get the original query in the variable $bodyvar
Kind regards

In the portal Builder error handling
Hi all
I use a 11.1.1.9 portal generator. I wanted to ask, how we can make the error handling. Should we use standard error pages webcenter or use html navigate in the web server. Please guide me. What are the options for this.
Can use us model taskflow exception handler to navigate to the error page. Please suggest your experience.
There are several ways to achieve this.
1. to use the error page standard webcenter. You can also customize which.
2 use webgate to redirect to the error page. You can also set this in the web.xml file
3. as you suggest that you want to have the error page for each page. I'll tell you design design for your application to set exception management.
-Create custom exception handler class. Is just less than the class for example. You can write several method to redirect the error page in the taskflow model. This will be used when you want to access the standard or common portal error page all the

}
}
If you want error page for each site. simple set exceptionhandler in any activity seen in the taskflow for each site. It will display the error page different for different portal.
We hope to answer your question. If you need more details let me know

ISNAT_CAT:1242: ERROR: Bad Internet type of listening address
"The problem has been resolved after that I changed my name from ZEMEROV_A to ZEMEROV computer.
Hyphens are not allowed for regular internet names. The only Microsoft DNS server
allows hyphens. Obviously TUXEDO checks the internal Web address syntax.
But I don't know why my IP (10.57.70.246) has failed.
In any case, the issue is resolved. Make sure that TUXEDO documentation recommends-
When using the name of the server host you talk server. This is case and sensitive syntax. »
Where as: I changed my host name of psoft_pc to psoftpc and I changed the same on TNSNAMES and everything worked without problems.
I'll mark this issue is resolved.
Thank you.

Hello
Can anyone here please suggest best practices to implement error handling in ODSI Data Services.
Thanks in advance.
ConcerningYou don't have to do anything.
If your data service is exposed and called as a web service, and an exception occurs, your customer will get a SOAP fault that contains the exception that is thrown. You expose a dataservice (file musician) as a web service by right-clicking-> create web service card. You can test the .ws generated from the context menu. Here, I made a mistake by changing the name of the table:
soapenv:Server
LD:customer.DS, line 98, column 7: {bea - err} RDBW0004: [cgDataSource-nonXA]: [SELECT t1. "' ADDR_ID ' AS c1, t1. "' ALIAS ' C2, t1. "' CITY ' AS c3, t1. "" The COUNTRY "AS the c4.

If you don't like what that looks like, you can use a failover (expression, alternateExpression) and use fn - error () as the alternateExpression with your own message. Below, I wrapped the getADDRESS() function with my own getADDRESS_MyError() function.
(: function pragma
declare function f1:getADDRESS_MyError ($pk as element (t2:CUSTOMER)) as element(t1:ADDRESS) *))
{
FN - bea: fail-plus (f1:getADDRESS ($pk), fn:error (xs:QName("I_WANT_MY_OWN_ERROR"), "something bad happened"))

Receive a DNS Solution Yahoo error handler Page and some pages are not displayed
I recently downloaded the Stuffit Expander and since then Firefox has not been the same. I get a DNS Error Handler Solution Yahoo page, when I do a search sometimes. And now, some pages don't display even for me when they should. How can I get rid of this thing of Yahoo (in simple terms please)? Thank you!
You can have an unwanted extension that modifies researchers. Try this:
Disable all non-essential or unrecognized extensions on page modules. Either:
- Command + shift + a
- Tools menu > Modules
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, when in doubt, turn off. (Or if it is obviously the badware, delete).
Typically, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.
Who help me?
Note that when you search from the address bar of Firefox, searches that contain no spaces are checked as possible (e.g., intranet or my.web.server) server names. Most of the servers DNS don't report just "no server" and Firefox bounces the query to Google. However, some DNS servers say Firefox, they found the site and display the search results. This could be what you see. If it is new, maybe your DNS servers have been changed? (Don't know how to check on Mac).

My computer crashed a couple of weeks. Somehow, I deleted all my info and back to the top of my windows xp. My hard drive is now empty. Now windows XP pro will not update automatically although it seems intact. It gives me the opportunity, shows it works but will not update my 2-3 service pack and will not run updates. It gives me error code Ox80240036 and Ox8024400A. Today I tried again and now it gives me the error code 404 with Ox80240036 and Ox8DDDOOOF. Please, please can someone help?
You must be at Service Pack 3 level before you can use Windows updates.
To determine which service pack is currently installed on your computer, follow these steps:
- Click Startand then click run.
- Copy and paste, or type the following command, and then click OK:
winver
A dialog box displays the version of Windows and the service pack that is currently installed on your computer.
If you haven't already done so, you will need to install the SP2 and SP3 (SP1 note no longer exists).

Installation of Storm OTA:

COD
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My request 'abc' has a big .cod file and > 64 KB. I extracted and produced 6 .cod files.
ABC. COD
ABC - 1.cod
ABC - 2.cod
ABC - 3.cod
ABC - 4.cod
ABC - 5.cod > 64 K
ABC - 5.cod is always larger than 64 KB
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
JAD
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
However abc.jad file has files of 7 cod enteries
RIM-COD-URL-6: abc - 6.cod
RIM-COD-URL-5: abc - 5.cod
RIM-COD-URL-4: abc - 4.cod
RIM-COD-URL-3: abc - 3.cod
RIM-COD-URL-2: abc - 2.cod
RIM-COD-URL-1: abc - 1.cod
RIM-COD-URL: abc.cod
When you download it gives me "907 invalid COD. "Error HTTP 404: not found" error.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I also tried deleting after 3 enteries of the .jad file.
RIM-COD-URL-6:
RIM-COD-SHA1-6:
RIM-COD-size-6:
But it still gives the same error.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Emergency assistance is required.
Alhumdulillah
Problem is solved
Mistake I made was that I have not put the .zip file on the Web server that was originally the .cod > 64K file.

Return 200 status Code error handler
Greetings,
I have a section of my site assigned to be a "Error Handler", but when a user is brought to this page, the status code is a 200. As you can imagine, this has the potential to cause a lot of problems for processes that are based on work status codes.
I found the following solution on another site, indicating to put that code Idoc Script at the top of the Page Template:
<!-$setValue ("#local", "ssChangeHTTPHeader", "true") - >
Unfortunately, doing the above does not work. Am I missing something?
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
Josh
I'm sure there's an easy solution here, but I can't find it on my box.
Using Apache as a front end? They you could use mod_rewrite to redirect to a 404 page if a specific header exists in the answer. If you could put this on your error page:
And then you have this in your Apache config file:
RewriteCond% {HTTP:HTTP_FOUR_OH_FOURED}
RewriteRule. * /not/ - found.htm [R = 404, L]

Error code 404 on stubborn workflow first call - IE
Hello everyone
I user JDev Version 11.1.2.3.0
There is a strange situation that I feel right now. I have a bounded task flows in my adfc-config. XML called as an inline-popup. When I call on the application running the popUp appears and it works fine, except on a specific situation. If you use IE (note: I have IE 10), when I call the above mentioned the workflow for the first time (by clicking a menu item) the popUp content is replaced by this message:
Error 404 - not found
Of RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol - HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 not found
Server not found anything matching the request URI. No indication is given whether the condition is temporary or permanent.
If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (refused) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through a configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.
If I close the popUp and call it once, it works very well, showing the appropriate content. If I navigate to another page, it happens again (first call-> error code 404, following calls-> works very well).
What is the problem? It only happens for IE. On Chrome, Firefox etc. it works fine
Thanks in advance!
FYI, I tried to run my application in 12 c, and it works as it should. Unfortunately go to 12 c at this stage of development would require making too many changes, so I'll look for another way to reach my goal. Thank you for you answer

Return 200 error handler page no 401
We have our website set up using 10 gr 3 and through Site Studio gave an "Error Handler" to a specific page. This page returns a 200 OK status, opposed to a 404 not found error.
Does anyone know how this can be changed to return a 404 status?
Thank you.Well as the status code is not really like other HTTP headers, and may not be set using this function Idoc.
How these components do it is by creating a new script idoc function which in turn has an implementation of Java that can change the status code.
