  In addition to the responses of the other comrades

  The dictionary database tables are owned by SYS and must of these tables is created when the database is created.

  Thus, in the different versions of database Oracle there could be less or more data dictionary tables of different structure database,.

  so if this SYSTEM base tables are exported and imported between different versions of oracle, could damage the features of database

  because the tables do not correspond with the version of database.

  Several patterns of system cannot be exported because they are not user patterns; they contain metadata and data managed by Oracle. Examples of system schemas that are not exported MDSYS SYS and ORDSYS.

  That's why import cannot modify/alter/drop/create dictionary database tables. If you can not export, so you can not import.

  Import just to add new Non - SYS objects/data in the database, therefore new data are added to the dictionary base tables (as new users, new tables, code pl/sql etc).

  We have P6 with WS first deployment on a single weblogic domain server. The first WS returns the first instance of database data.

  Then deployed to the WS second tip on a weblogic domain server separated with a different port. Set up the second WS with < WS2_INSTALL_HOME > / bin/dbconfig.sh, creating a new branch a configuration that specifies one second instance of the database. However, this configuration is ignored, and the second web services return data from the database.

  We have a single domain, including notably the following servers:

  So, answer oracle support:

  Looks like it is in the documentation, Web Services cannot be configured in this way as the other modules. See the following topics:

  BUG 19516437 - Is it POSSIBLE TO hardcode a DEPLOYMENT of SERVICES WEB P6 to an INSTANCE of DATABASE? (ask if this is possible)

  BUG 19579735 - FOR BEING ABLE to hardcode A P6 WEB SERVICES DEPLOYMENT to A DATABASE INSTANCE (corresponding improvement because it can be done).

  The problem has been resolved by the following:

  1 create the WebLogic domain.

  2 P6 and p6ws deployed on managed servers.

  3 configuration P6 uses the second instance of database and P6 has not begun.

  4 result: the p6ws (from additional domain WebLogic) returns data for the second instance of the database.

  Make that change and try again. Before attempting to open the day before in mode readonly make sure that this expectation is able to run in managed mode.
  As your alert.log file shows that whenever tryes standby to run in managed mode, it is written error. So, logacially, your standby configuration isn't always
  completed. So, you cannot open the database pending.

  I had a problem trying to rebuild the database pending. This is my environment: Oracle 10g RAC with 2 node on window 2003 Server R2, 32-bit. Main database and backup are 2 RAC node that is located on a different server with the location of this material/ASM configuration and directory structures.
  Here is my scenario:
  After custody of data works, I deleted the eve of database, say sbdb, using dbca. so I recreated the Oracle service using oradim on standby node, Setup the correct file pfile and spfile from the primaries.   I used the same procedure to create database pending several times before. They were all successful. This time, the only difference is that I also recreated primary db in the past and this time I do not rebuild primary db. I think that it is bound to the control file.   occurs, if RMAN "think" there is no backup data file. In such a case, RMAN attempts to recreate the data files and subsequently applies all necessary for these new files archivelogs created. Which is never possible for datafile 1, which still belongs to the space of SYSTEM tables. Basically, I think you're right, that there is something wrong with the controlfile used during the duplication process. Check if the controlfile maintains valid backups for the current incarnation (incarnation of list + list of backup). The next note of metalink can give more advice:

• Error importing the catalog

  Hi all

  Earlier, I exported a number of images of my main catalog to a separate working catalog.  Now, I'm ready to merge these changes and additional images in the main catalog.  I opened the catalog main, selected the catalog import and select the catalogue of work.  LR cranks for a while, and then he shows me the dialog box asking how to handle the new images, where I select to copy new images in the catalog.  I then start the import and quickly get an "Unexpected error" dialog box and import process stops.

  To isolate the problem, I would try a couple of things:

  • Export catalogue of work in the catalog in another, and then import them from the exported catalog
  • Import the catalog of work in a newly created catalog

  I tried to import RAW files taken with my new Canon T3i in LR 2.7 but I get an "unknown error". The files were proviously opened with the EOS editing software with the camera.

  Can you please specify? Is this one because I previously opened files in the Canon software or LR 2.7 does not support the new Canon T3i's? Files, taken with a Canon 5 d loded fine.
