Error installing Adobe CC photography

I'm trying to install Adobe CC photography trial. I've been buying upgrades through Adobe Lightroom 5 and want to try Photoshop and LR6 by installing the editions of the trial of CC

The installation fails at 42% with the following error:

Chat/call adobe support attempted but did not understand how.

Any help or should I give up and return to the purchase of an upgrade LR6.

I would think Adobe would jump in and hold your hand until I installed it. Instead I keep going in circles trying to find the chat support or a number to call.

Thank you

  1. Download the Microsoft VC 2012 for their site http://www.microsoft.com/en-nz/download/details.aspx?id=30679 - you must get the 64 bit or 32 bit version depending on your operating system.
  2. Run it to uninstall
  3. important: remove the cloud creative task bar Soft
  4. Run the VC2012 and install this time.

updates and installs worked after a lot of frustration--I think that the cause of the problem is Adobe is to distribute the x 86 [32-bit] install Microsoft VC 2012 instead of the 64-bit version that falls down on a 64 bit OS!

Third-party installer vcredist_x64.exe payload failed with exit code: 2147942750

Download Photoshop CC and get constant exit code: 06!

  • 1923 error installing Adobe Reader XI

When you install Adobe Reader XI I get:

Error 1923. Adobe Acrobat Update Service (AdobeARMUpdate) service could not be installed. Make sure you have sufficient privileges to install system services.

This occurs after the UAC elevation dialog box. Help not run the installer as administrator. Even when I choose to update manually, I still get the same error.

    Hello

This error is coming because the service is already in use. The file can be used by any anti-virus or backup software. It is also possible that your previous uninstall was not successful, and he was already using the service. You can try two things:

    1. reboot your system once. It should fix all the scenarios.

2 another thing you can try is to go to Panel of-->--> view local Services administrative tools. Select the Service Adobe Acrobat, right click and stop. Then try to install.

You can try msiexec /i [path to MSI file] DISABLE_ARM_SERVICE_INSTALL = '1' as suggested by LeoAdobeX but I do not recommend this. We want our users to be updated with the last update and service simply allows that.

Keep us informed of the results.

Note of course: I used the creative cloud before this and he happened to have an error (unable to connect to the server from adobe), so I can not connect to the creative cloud. In this case, I uninstalled and reinstalled (using the latest version downloaded or old installers).

There are so many invisible problem that this can... I realized by myself trying anyway possible associated with actual client errors (instead of strategy/connectivity issues pc & network).

The solution that you have shared is incorrect, as I mentioned in my post above, I released my linking strategy and etc and the problem well obviously a customer source of creative cloud adobe itself.

  • Windows error when you try to install Adobe Flash

I get an error everytime I try to install Adobe Flash on my PC. I'm running Vista 32 bit with IE9. I try to install Flash player and I get this message:

Adobe Flash player 10.1 to install/uninstall r85 has stopped working. A problem caused the blocking of the program work properly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. »

I tried to install & uninstall, both in mode ADMIN I have never make it past the installation attempt, it goes directly into the error message. Adobe Flash installed before, I had, but Youtube and other sites Web ask you to update and since then, no flash. I think I've tried almost all suggestions of troubleshooting the ADOBE forums and even displayed in the Adobe site and they said:

" I contact Microsoft and let them know what is happening and the message you receive. Something wrong with Vista IE8 or both. I wish I could be more useful, but the problem is bigger than Flash Player. If it's Flash Player and an installation problem, you will receive a message from Adobe Flash Player. »

    Any ideas on this subject?

  • Error 1603 when installing Adobe CS4 on Vista 64

I'm trying to install Adobe CS4 on Vista 64 and it fails to install with error 1603.  I went on the website of Adobe, and they said that the problem is a color profile file named "sRGB Color Space Profile.icm" claiming Adobe is locked, it cannot be changed.  Adobe has suggested that I use a "Unlocker" utility found on a 3rd party Web site, but McAfee is down this dangerous site.  So second suggestion of Adobe is to search on Microsoft a way to unlock this file.  I searched, I have not found anything that could unlock a file in Vista.  So, does anyone know how to unlock a file on Vista 64?  Does anyone know how to get around this installation problem?  Does anyone know how do I know what program has a locked file so that I can stop it?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I managed to solve this problem by following these steps:

    (1) open the control panel in Vista.

    (2) select the icon for color management.

    3) go to the Advanced tab

    (4) in my computer, using the device profile "sRGB IEC61966 - 2.1" which corresponds to the "sRGB Color Space Profile.icm" file
I changed this setting to use "sRGB virtual device model profile" instead of "sRGB IEC61966 - 2.1".»  (I don't know if ' profile of device model virtual sRGB "is available on the computer for everyone, but I don't think it's so important as long as it's not" sRGB IEC61966 - 2.1 "").

    (5) I have my case the "sRGB IEC61966 - 2.1" was also used as the default value for the system, so at the bottom of the window is a button says "Change default system" click on it.

    (6) then click on continue (you need to continue administrative privilege).

    (7) make the same changes as above for the device profile in this new window.

    (8) close these panels with the changes.

    (9) install Adobe CS4 (Yeh!).

    (10) after that, I went back the color management and set the default initial profile bot and system to "sRGB IEC61966 - 2.1.

At least it does the job for me.  I don't know how this will work for others.

I hope this helps, I lost a week of messing around with this thing.
