  You can try install with no JRE installed on the system? The installer is supposed to use the JRE bundled 32-bit, and somehow it seems to use the 64 bit one.

  Hi all Experts,

  I am new to the BalckBerry Development.I have developed an application and have tested on Blackberry phone and Simulator.

  While testing on phoneI used BlackBerry Desktop manager to install the application on the phone. Now, I want to download from a wap browser and install on the phone so that one can install it. But I am getting following error when installing from the wap browser.

  "myapp - 1.cod 404 not found".

  I put the rest of files on the server

  1 myapp.cod

  2 myapp.jad

  3 myapp.csl

  4 myapp.cso

  5 myapp.alx (I used this file for installation using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager)

  Do I need to put any other file for this?

  When I debug it I found that my jad file contains sh1 signature for files myapp - 1.cod, 2.cod - myapp myapp - 3.cod.

  But I couldn't find the files above.

  Should I generate these files?

  If the cod file is greater then 64 k is a zip file. I use winrar in context menu. If all defective changes the extension zip and try it then.

  in the zip files are the Sub-Sub-cod-files, such as the cod-1, 2-cod etc.

• 1500 error when trying to install Java

  I tried to install Java a few hours ago and received the error 1500: another installation is in progress. You must complete before that installation before continuing this one.

• Having trouble installing Java 8 on my windows computer 8. Continuously getting error code 1632 before installation begins.

  I try to install java s.-e. 8 64 bit on my 64-bit windows operating system 8. I confirmed that I'm under 64-bit windows. Even before the start of the installation, I get the error code 1632.   I myself corrected actually last night, if you look at the error code 1632 its related to the C:\windows\installer folder and be unwritable, in my case the folder itself had somehow entrenched and only a broken shortcut is still at it... I have no how this happened, possibly malware or inadvertent user action (its on a server with a single user using remote desktop)

  I recreated a new installation folder in C:\windows, make sure that I could write in it and reinstalled java using offline Installer and deleted the old versions, no errors and all workers.
